I It was filthy. We found a mask left by the previous customer in a cabinet and a bug in the bathroom. The moquette was all stained and there was a horrible smell. To remediate they offered us the parking,8 euros! This hotel is supposed to be a four- star hotel Sic! .

It was a 2 nights stay . Our room was clean . The Staff was friendly . Breakfast was good. WiFi was Good. We got more we wanted . Good location to explore surroundings if U are by car . I would not hesitate to book again

Decent size bedroom. Comfortable bed. Krupps coffee maker. Excellent breakfast room with good choice of food and coffee. Only 10 minutes or so from lovely Ulm by car. Polite, efficient staff all over the hotel.

No air conditioning in the room. The room was very warm, which meant the windows had to be left open at night. Being by the car park meant we were disturbed through the night. For the premium room price this is not a good value hotel. One pillow (to save money), a small bathroom with leaking shower door and having to pay for the car park, despite being out of town, Best Western are not looking after their customers.

Easy to drive to. And bus stop 200m away. Clean entrance. Reception spoke great English

No AC (warm room), partially manned reception (available by phone when not manned). A lot of noise from the entrance area in the evenings. My room was not prepared good enough upon arrival (missing glasses and one mug in addition to coffee capsules). Very expensive vending machine (2,5euro for 0,25l sparkling water), The Bar/Restaurant is not hotel driven and is often closed due to private parties. The room was not cleaned one day. Really boring and tasteless breakfast.

Nice place, strategic for visit of Legoland.

I should fill in 3x times my estimate arrival and when we came nobody in reception. same for departure. I know that is due to covid but some core hours every day will be useful.
