Отель располагается в пешей доступности от Альтшадта. Рядом есть кафе, рестораны, магазины. Персонал очень вежливый и отзывчивый, всячески помогал при возникающих вопросах.

Freundlichkeit des Personals, egal zu welcher Uhrzeit
- Wasser, Glühwein und Kekse stehen kostenlos in der Lobby zur Verfügung
- super leckeres Frühstück
- sehr zentrale Lage
- günstiger hoteleigener Parkplatz
- große Zimmer, sehr gemütliche Betten
Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal hier und es war sicher nicht unser letztes Mal.
Ein Hotel, in dem man sich dirket wohl und Willkommen fühlt 🤍

Hervorragendes Frühstück, sehr reichhaltig und qualitativ hochwertig. So gut habe ich es selten im Hotelwesen erlebt.

U-Bahn zum Hauptbahnhof und zur Messe/Merkur-Arena in wenigen Geh-Minuten erreichbar
Es gibt tolle Restaurants in derselben Straße.
Sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen gern wieder, falls wir wieder in die Stadt kommen sollten.
Den Hoteleigenen Parkplatz haben wir nicht gesehen, aber es sind anscheinend auch noch alternativ gute öffentliche Parkplätze in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar
Eine Kleinigkeit, die sich aber gut verschmerzen lässt. Es gab keinen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer.

Netjes, schoon, goeie bedden, prima locatie en goed ontbijtbuffet.
Parkeren. Werd gezegd bij de receptie max € 20. Bij het verlaten de volgende dag € 40 moeten betalen. Beetje jammer!

Sehr gut gelegen. Sehr sauber und unser Zimmer war sehr großzügig geschnitten. Und es lag sehr ruhig. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis = top

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal with great bars and restaurants in the direct area surrounding the hotel.
The parking was a bit crazy. The instructions to access the garage were not clear at all and very confusing. The number of spaces available is very limited.

When I first use the toilet there was still some yellow fluid on it. I was a little bit surprised.

The Air condition didn’t work and we were not informed beforehand. The hotel provided us with a fan which means that problem has been going on for some time already.

Location is superb. very good restaurants nearby, train station is walking distance.

The location was perfect. Everything was within a few minutes of walking distance. The beds were super comfy. The receptionist was very helpful on every question we had. I would 100 percent recommend this hotel

The room was lovely and clean.
Only thing, breakfast started a little later at weekend and we had an early departure. But no complaints about breakfast, only the time.

Good location close to event center. Nice restaurants nearby.
I got stung again and didn’t read the description well enough. No AC on a super-hot summer day. Luckily the staff lent me a fan from their office.
