Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Unter 'superior Zimmer' hatten wir etwas anderes verstanden. Das Zimmer im DG hatte ein kleines Fenster bis zum Boden. Außerdem ein schräges Dachfenster über dem Bett. Wirklich abdunkelbar wie gewünscht war es nicht, Der Vorhang ließ viel Licht, vor allem seitlich und unten durch. Das Frühstück war unterdurchschnittlich, die Räumlichkeiten nicht besonders ansprechend, etwas aus der Zeit gefallen.

Toller, supernetter Gastgeber, hat uns noch Tips gegeben. Eine mehr als große Vielfalt beim Frühstücksbuffet. Parkplätze vorhanden. Ein rundherum gelungenes Wochenende.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, ganz in der Nähe des Schlosses - wobei Schwerin nicht sehr groß ist und man fast alles ganz gut zu Fuß erreicht. Das Zimmer (EZ) war überraschend groß. Die Dame am Empfang beim Check-in war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Möbel sind ein wenig altmodisch und die Matratze war für meinen Geschmack etwas zu weich. Außerdem war das Zimmer unterm Dach, wodurch man leider keinen wirklichen Ausblick hatte. Und es war recht laut, da zur Straße hin, wo die Straßenbahnen fuhren.

Gute zentrale Lage (Nähe zum Bahnhof Schwerin Mitte sowie zum Schloss). Zimmer und Bad waren ausreichend groß. Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Mobiliar war sehr schlicht (60er Jahre Charme). Heizungsrohre hatten in der Nacht Geräusche gemacht, so dass man Schwierigkeiten zum Einschlafen hatte, obwohl die Heizkörper ausgeschaltet waren.
Das Frühstück war im Vergleich zu den vielen Hotels, die wir in den letzten 2 Jahren genutzt haben, unterdurchschnittlich. Käse war angelaufen, Früchte zum Joghurt kamen aus der Dose. Das Rührei war kalt und wenig optisch ansprechend. Bei allem merkte man an, dass es hier auf eine kostengünstige Verpflegung ankommt. Schade! Hier spart man m.E. am falschen Ende!

Quiet location in the city center. Welcoming and helpful staff. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable, and a good size bathtub which we enjoyed a lot.

great location so close to the castle and town centre. Lovely old building but nice modernised room. Good breakfast with lots of choice.
Had to park in the overflow car park at the back which while conveniently located was rocky and sandy so don’t try to wheel your suitcases, the wheels might be ruined.

Great location in the town centre, close to restaurants, shops and main attractions. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were really kind and helpful throughout our stay, facilitating early check in and storing our luggage upon check out. Very quiet location and safe area.
Breakfast could have been a little more varied, with more fresh fruit and sweet pastries. Overall great value for money!

Excellent location 7 minutes from Schwerin Schloss. It is also close to beautiful old city and museums. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is convenient. Great place to stay in Schwerin.

the property’s location is good and central. 3 mins walk to the town center and 5 mins walk to the Schwerin castle and lake.
the shower had yellow stains on the floor and the bathroom sink had mold(Schimmel)

A well located hotel close to the shopping areas and the historical centre.
And I could see the castle (Schloss) from my window towards the court yard high up in the hotel! :)
But I think that most guests won't see it (the hotel is situated too far away and with too many buildings in-between). But this is of minor importance.

The hotel was cute but very old. Good location
The staff was extremely weird. We had a roof under the roof that was extremely dated. The bathroom smelled as well like a public toilet due to it being in need of renovation.

The location was decent. Everything was clean.
The room was extremely cold, even with the heating turn on. The beds were awful (separated; by the way I am never going to understand this obsession from northern european countries of separating double beds, it almost seems that you hate your spouse and don't want to even touch him/her). The shower head was not good.
Overall, for the price I can't recommend this hotel.

Not to far from train station, close to the castle. It's a short walk in a beautyfull area. Restaurants in walkable distance. Streetcar station just in front of Hotel.
Don't use a UV-light.

The location is great, very close to the castle and the city center.
Wifi didn't work at all. The breakfast was horrible, could have eaten somewhere else much better for the same price. Furnitures were quite old. The double bed had a huge gap in the middle. The shower had low pressure and went from cold to hot from time to time.
