The hotel has good-sized rooms with very comfy matrases and has great service. Special thansks to the Housekeeping team; my wife forgot an LV bag with lots of valuables in it. The bag was found and returned to us via DHL with all in it. It is a great sign of really good management and a trusted team

Coffe at breakfast could be better but is general problem of many hotel in Germany

Gedurende beide avonden was het terras gereserveerd voor private-events. Je kon dus met 25 graden buiten niet eens een drankje drinken op het terras. Dit was ook niet van te voren meegedeeld. Ook binnen waren delen van de faciliteiten in gebruik genomen door private- of businessevents. Ook de toegang tot de kamers zou beter moeten. Geen trap te bekennen/zeer slecht aangegeven. Drie prachtige liften redden het gewoon niet op spitsuur om iedereen snel te verwerken. Wij zaten op de eerste verdieping maar stonden soms een kwartier op de liften te wachten bij gebrek aan een trap.

Fabulous breakfast and fancy hotel.

There was a night disturbance from the bar I guess all 2 night , high people laugh and their echo was so strong in that fancy hall , you wake up ! We couldn’t sleep , the next day with early flight was ruined and taken away from my trip . Security deposit was charged twice and not refunded exactly same amount without explanation, no emailed receipt was sent still as promised. Sometimes this only little things can leave a negative impression from such a stylish & modern hotel .

Der Raum ist schön gestaltet, sauber. Hotel Frühstück ist großartig, war ein Vergnügen. Die Umgebung ist OK. Die Mitarbeiter*innen waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Bars des Hotels sind nur am Wochenende geöffnet, was im Vorfeld nicht erwähnt wurde. Der Hotelpool ist sehr toll, gehört aber zum nahe gelegenen Fitnessstudio. War nicht so klar, wo man all diese Informationen findet, wenn man nicht gezielt an der Rezeption nachfragt. Preis war im Vergleich hoch.

Great location and very nice room. We upgraded to the executive king room and made use of the executive lounge.

I was very disappointed that the swimming pool was closed and this was not listed on the booking.com site. This was a key reason we chose the hotel. Not impressed.

Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und das Personal war überaus nett und hilfsbereit. Die Jungs an der Bar haben sehr leckere Cocktails gemixt und viel zu Frankfurt erzählt. Ein großes Lob an Toni!! Die Auswahl des Frühstücks war bestens. Überhaupt nichts zu meckern. Die Executive Lounge hat sich ebenfalls gelohnt.

Dass man die Fenster nicht öffnen konnte.

Camera sporca con moquette probabilmente mai lavata, il personale troppo giovane e inesperto, sicuramente non quello che ti aspetti da un 5 stelle!! room service terrificante, neanche i i cucchiaini nel vassoio e le salviette......al check out file bibliche!!sconsiglio vivamete il soggiorno in questa struttura!! Hilton dovrebbe controllare meglio le due strutture !

Location and comfort.

The rooms were dusty and in one room the AC was not working properly. As well, in one bathroom there were stains in the shower.

All fine and satisfactory! Speacially the breakfast lounge was very nice and watching all those trees and the park at the back was amazing and led to a great day start!

Wir haben ein Zimmer im 9. Stock bekommen, und hatten so einen wunderschönen Blick über Frankfurt, zumal das Hilton ja so zentral liegt, dass alles fußläufig erreichbar ist. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, es gab wirklich alles, was man sich wünschen kann, und alles war lecker und frisch. Wenn man gleich beim einchecken bestellt, gibt es Rabatt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Als Hotelgäste kann man das angegliederte Sportbad und das Fitnessstudio samt Sauna benutzen und bekommt kostenlos Handtücher gestellt. Dieser Bereich hat sich eher weniger gelohnt, zumindest wenn man wirklich entspannen will. Dass das Wasser im Schwimmbad etwas kühl war, ist ok, weil man sich ja bewegt, aber einen kalten Whirlpool im Wellnessbereich fand ich doch gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Beds were comfy, Clean room - Bathroom not so much, Staff were friendly. Amazing cocktails at the Hudson yards bar in the lobby and the bar staff were extremely friendly! Room service was pretty good.

Every time I entered my room for the first 4 nights my Chest / Lungs would start hurting really bad within 5-10 minutes. I had the air conditioning on most of that time. The last 1-2 days I thought to turn it off and see if it helped - within an hour my chest stopped hurting. I have stayed in plenty of hotels in the past and have never experienced this. Bathroom needed some small but pretty dirty things cleaned.
