Breakfast was very good and varied. The place was kept very clean. Location was reachable by bus or tram from the train station. We did not rent a car; used public transportation instead. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are really small and have bare minimum furniture. I guess that’s there way of defining style. AC was not working properly.

This hotel is a 10 out of 10. It’s the result of a great team’s work. From Senior to Junior staff, they are incredible. Polite, available, kind and caring. They went way above and beyond my expectations. Thank you. Great people make great places.

- It was very cold in the room. I stayed at the hotel at the beginning of March, the temperature outside at night was 3'. The central heating didn't work, the ventilation system, which should deliver heat, didn't deliver it. The temperature in the room was 12'. A cold wind blew from the window. There are no floor heaters in the hotel. I was given a second blanket, but that didn't help. For 172 CHF per night I spent the night shaking from the cold. - I asked the hotel employee to check the heating system in the room. He came to my room, took my clothes that were lying on a chair, put them on the bed without asking and then stood on this chair right in his shoes. Of course he didn't clean a chair after that. Awesome service. I am a member of the Accor net since 2015 and I have never seen anything like this in their hotels.
