Das Frühstück war immer frisch hergerichtet und dass Angebot ausreichend. Dass Personal war sehr freundlich.

Dass Zimmer war zur Straße raus und bei geöffneten Fenster sehr laut. Die Ausstattung war okay.

Das Frühstück steht in keinem Preis-Leistung Verhältnis. Noch nicht einmal Rühr oder Spiegelei im Angebot auch nicht auf Nachfrage. Zuviel aus der Dose und zu viel Plastik. Die Möglichkeit an einer gemütlichen Bar noch etwas zu trinken ist nicht gegeben. Sehr kühles Ambiente.

The reception staff were helpful and the location, right on a bus stop and within a 10 minute walk to the main square was convenient for us. We were pleased to have been given a room at the back which was quiet if the windows were shut.

Some of the carpets in communal areas, particularly the corridors were filthy and needed replacing. The carpet in our room was also grubby and there were stains on the chair; not nice. The bedding was clean initially but we had to ask for it to be changed after 5 days! There was one very small bar in the lobby, but otherwise no communal spaces. Food frequently ran out at breakfast and when we asked for something basic eg yoghurt, or bacon or bread, we were told that “there isn’t any”, which was very disappointing as we had paid for breakfast. Also, the staff member in the restaurant was not at all responsive. She constantly cleared up around us whilst we were eating and did not smile once during our 10 day stay.

If you are by foot, the location may be not so easy to get there (it's very hilly from the main station toward the hotel). Breakfast was really great and offered a good selection; however, I had to ask staff several times to refill things (like hot water for tea).

The last time we stayed, there were kettles and refrigerators in the room. This has now been removed.

They did not accept 500 euros banknote. I had to argue with staff. They gave a room with 2 single beds even though I booked a queen size. Furniture is old, electric socket locations are funny.

Even if the rooms are designed a bit old style, I really enjoyed. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. I liked the personnel was kind and provided in my room iron and ironing table.

Price vs Quality was not so good

This average hotel is good for business trips. There is free parking outside or paid parking underground. The reception is opened 24/7 which was good, because I had a late arrival. The staff was friendly and helpful, but not professional. The rooms are roomy and clean. The interior is not really warm but OK. All the lights witches are manual but the toilet flushes electronically... In a strange way. The shower was good. In all recommended for a one or two nights business stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but not professional. E.g. I received my room key and returned for 1 beer at the bar. The guy found out that my reservation was not completed only because he couldn't book the beer on the room. He told me that the room number is not active, even when he handed me the key himself 10 minutes earlier. When finishing the booking he forced me to pay immediately (?), but was not able to give me my invoice.
