اولا اشكر موظفين الاستقبال ماني وبالاخص الاستاذ كاظم صاحب الوجهه البشوش والقرارات الجميله كنت حاجز غرفه صغيره وكان معي طفل وتم ترقيه الغرفه رغم الزحمه وكان تسجيل وصول سريع .. بالنسبه للموقع بوسط الفروانيه وقريب منك مجمع الافنيوز وقدامك صيدليه وستيشن..بالنسبه للغرفه جدا جميله ومرافقها جيده جدا .. عند الاتصال بخدمه الغرف تلبيه النداء جدا جيده اشكر اداره الفندق على حسن تعاملها

لايوجد للامانه ملاحظات قويه تستحق الذكر ..كان عندي ملاحظه على سعر الفندق مقارنه بالدول الثانيه بس اللي يحجز بالكويت يعرف ان اسعار الفنادق في الكويت مرتفعه نسبه للدول اللي حولها .. شكرا اداره هوليداي ان

Super freundliches und bemühtes Personal! Zimmer wie beschrieben, in einem guten Zustand. Gute Isolierung. Das Essen im Al Ahmad war ein Traum! Es gab kostenloses Wasser auf Nachfrage.

Excellent service, nice spacious rooms at proximity to airport. Good choice of restaurant and a very rich breakfast.

المكان خيالي ، راقي ، حسن الخدمه و بشاشة الموظفين سعة الغرفة /الاطلاله ع المسبح مع خدمة التنقل من و الى المطار مجانا ، رائعين . بروفشنال. وجهتي الدائمه بالكويت باذن الله 🧡 حوالينه حلاق و كارفور و شوق و صيدليه و مطاعم .

The fridge in the room is not working 😕 Only light in the fridge but not cold

The service was great and the food was exceptional. The room was neat and the staff was very nice. The hotel had a very good atmosphere and everything was very kempt and in order. A overall great experience

staff is very supportive and professional, breakfast is amazing, Clean, organized…. the list is endless
