Обычный отель. У нас был 13 этаж, был красивый вид из номера. Есть бассейн.

Отель только для кратковременного пребывания. Мы путешествовали с семьёй, не было одеяла для детской дивана в номере, хотя он был заправлен остальным бельём, не было халатов, надо было все просить отдельно, заметили это уже поздно, когда пришли. Ужасно пахло в коридоре на этаже. Вода в номере была платная за 50 дирхам ( около 1000руб ))) - это дичь, конечно

It's great for family with 2 boys the sofa bed was big for both boys to share

Breakfast quality could be better, parking always you have to wait for team to deliver your car u cant park it on your own and this might take time

Great location for the Big 5 show, even though it's walking distance but its about 1 km. to exhibition. Best hotel in the area and we will definitely go back again next time.

طاقم الاستقبال بطيء جدا الوردية الليلية للاستقبال لا يردون على مكالمات النزلاء .. وحيت تحدثت معهم كان الرد بأنهم مشغولون !! مشغولون عن النزلاء؟؟!!!

I used to stay at this hotel and it was great but this time it wasn’t it wasn’t clean and AC wasn’t cooling they tried fixing it and couldn’t and after midnight they changed the rooms but bad smells in about four rooms they offered me I had to accept because of the AC Spa area AC also wasn’t working the staff told me that this AC wasn’t working properly for the last six months

More taxis

Dirty robes were hanged and was not checked. Unhygienic.

Loved the breakfast it included almost cultures. The location is central and close to the museum of the future

Manager Zidan was very helpful. He explained available transportation, and suggested some itineraries for my visit. He ensured my family be given good room. The staff at the front desk showed warm hospitality. Check-In and Check-Out was super swift

Some signage is required for customers coming from metro. I didn't know that the hotel is accessible thru inside the World Trade Center. Walking thru the building is much shorter and cooler

I stay two night complementary "Free Of Charge"; but they deducted my money from my card. before my check out they didn't return it back to me. defenatly i will discuss it with their GM whenin my next visit to dubai.

Hotel Location

The breakfast is very bad, not just the limited variety but the poor food quality.. I have been to several Accor hotels in different countries , this is the worst breakfast experience

When I booked, I asked for a quite room. Underneath of my room there was a bar, and for two nights the music was quite annoying. As well as, my room was interconnected with the room next to mine that a huge noise came form it into to mine. I told everything to the reception and they did a notice and everything was in order. So, their service were done directly.

The breakfast was outstanding. Just what i would expect from Novotel.

I had called the property 3 times to ask for a wheelchair accessible room and was told I should mention it at check in there are Wheelchair rooms available. When we arrived there was none for me. I later learned that there were wheelchair rooms in the first floor, but again not for me. I have limited mobility and can walk a few steps, so I agreed to take a normal room. However I could not get into the bathroom with the wheelchair. When I asked for a shower stool, as I was afraid that i might slip and fall if I shower unaided. My ability to shower was severely limited, which was suboptimal as personal hygiene is very important for a wheelchair bound person, especially as I was there for an exhibition.
