Die Lage ist super zentral, direkt in der Altstadt. Besser geht es nicht. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Tolles Frühstück und Essen im Restaurant.

Ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre nett gewesen.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. the location is absolutely perfect of course. It is great to walk out the door and be within easy walking difference of everything important. The room was perfect with a nice view of the street and modern amenities. We had dinner twice at the hotel and it was very nice with interesting Austrian dishes. The service from the people at the hotel reception was perfect, welcoming and helpful.

Great location, lovely room and wonderful staff

An amazing property at the heart of the old city. Excellent and recent renovation that makes the slightly smaller rooms very comfortable. The Bath room are large and very well appointed. The restaurant on the proliferate was also really good.

Parking! Is not easy to get there during peak hours with many of the streets turned off. IN bad weather with a lot of luggage it can be a challenge,

This was our second stay at the BW Plus Goldener Adler Hotel. The hotel is perfectly located just a few steps from the Golden Roof and right in Innsbruck's Old Town. Our room was not large but was fine for a short stay. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We ate dinner at the hotel's restaurant one evening - the food was excellent and reasonably priced.

Everything was perfect! The room was clean and very nicely furnished. The location is absolutely top - exactly in the center. The staff on the reception were always very friendly, so that we felt very welcome!

Everything was amazing! As a suggestion - maybe to add a mini bar/small fridge in the room for the future :)

the room was very small. It was quiet, but the sound insulation between rooms was really bad. My neighbours were very loud at night, playing music.

Fabulous hotel in historic building in the heart of the Old Town. Room was good size, huge bed, large shower. good size desk and plentiful sockets. Staff very efficient. Hotel restaurant is atmospheric, menu limited but with regular specials and good quality + portion size. Safe neighbourhood.

amazing receptionist super professional and kind

Both receptionists were excellent, fast, professional, with good sence of humor. The waiters at the breakfast were also very nice and professional. And the breakfast: EXCELLENT!

For me, the bed was a bit too soft…
