Modernität des Hotels könnte besser sein

Frühstück war super!!!!! Das wir vor Ort keine Reservierung im Hotelrestaurant machen konnten war blöd, da die Gastronomie auf der Insel etwas eingeschränkt war. Klar wir hätten vorreservieren können, aber man will sich ja auch erstmal umschauen.

Das Bad ist sehr klein

Great hotel. Nice location. Excellent breakfast. We also had supper one evening and it was great.

Warm, welcoming and friendly staff, great location looking out onto the sea Good sized rooms with plenty of complimentary items. Decent breakfast and the restaurant offers a small but good menu in the evenings.

Nothing to dislike

- The location was excellent and easy to access from the ferry.

- The price was very expensive compared to the style and quality of the hotel. - when we arrived , we were told breakfast was not included even though it says on booking website that it is included. - there was no room service after 22h and when we asked for recommendation, the staff laughed and didn’t offer any suggestions , even though we later found a place to get food on the island.. - the “secure” luggage store is just on the floor downstairs , not locked or secured and this is printed on the welcome card as a “special feature” for guests.

Beautiful View to the Ocean and Landungsbruecken from the room in the 3rd floor; Schuemannroom very nice, very nice Breakfast, Dinner and Art Exhibition, Nice Location and convenient walking around

Check out on 26.5. only 1 person working and waiting long time. No one was helping us for the Luggage and guests have to store there own luggage in basement without any luggage tag
