Nice small appartement with nice new bathroom. Nice breakfast next door.

No one to look for the lugage after checkout.

Perfect location, simple but clean and cosy. Nice view to the Dune island, close to the ferry and High-land.

No soap is provided, Key collection info was written in a very small piece of paper at the entrance door that we missed to read it and receptionist was very impolite in that regard .

I went late for checkin. But the hotel staff wrote one letter and kept keys for me which gave me immense peace.

The apartment was fantastic. It was large with great sea view. The room was clean, modern with WI FI TV etc... There was even a living area with couch. It was reasonable rate. It was near to dune ferry and staircase to upper Helgoland and restaurants. The breakfast was great.It had hot and cold selection.

There were no employees at the hotel when I arrived with the ferry. If it weren't for the fact that a fellow passenger helped me with my bags I don't know how I would have gotten in. He spoke German and had a cell phone and called a number he found on a pamphlet. The mgr soon came over with keys and instructions but spoke no English. Thanks to this fellow I was not delayed.
