Liebevoll zusammengestelltes Frühstücksbuffet und sehr nett auch die kleinen gefalteten (!) Aufmerksamkeiten am Zimmer und im Bad!

Das Frühstücksbüfett war in Orndung.
Das Treppenhaus wirkte total abgeranzt. Überraschenderweise zwei Einzelbetten im einfach ausgestatteten Zimmer. Abends war kein Personal erreichbar, als der Hotel-Parkplatz durch einen Kleinlaster blockiert war. Eher nüchterne Reaktion, als wir das morgens berichtet haben

Location is superb! Everything at hand!
I like the interior and spacious room.
It was also very convenient to receive the key along with instructions from the keybox.
I would like to thank you for a warm duvet - although it was almost summer the nights were cool.
The lighting in the room is quite poor. Especially in the hall, where there's a mirror. You have almost a zero chance to understand how you look in the daylight if you check it there.
The quality of towels - they were clean, but too old or tired, so there's a feeling that they're not fresh.
Bed was too soft for me.

No heating in the cold night, called hotel stuff, hotel stuff didnt offer any help, called again, hotel stuff just dont pick up phone call, it is 100%not recommended, super bad service,0 serverice

I didn't like, that I stayed on the top floor, 3-4 long stair cases, dragging a heavy suitcase and bag behind me, with no help from the guest house staff as there was no one there to help, I asked to get a room on the ground or first floor, but to no availability, there are no lifts, so for me this was a huge problem with my heavy luggage in tow....

The keys to my room were left in a key box, which was very convenient because my train was delayed and I didn't make it to Jena until the evening. The guesthouse is located 1 minute away from the Wagnergasse, with its restaurants, and about 5 minutes walking away from Jena city centre. The two main stations, Jena Paradies and Jena Westbahnhof are about 15 minutes walking away. My single room was big and spacious, same as its ensuite toilet. The breakfast buffet is varied and served in a cosy big room.

The location is perfect because it is in a walking distance to the railway station as well as to the city center. My apartment had beautiful wood furniture and a nice roof top view of Jena.

Very clean, lots of space, checking in was easy the room was available from 2pm
A little noisy in the evening and curtains let lots of light in the morning
