Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location

The room was bigger than shown on the photo. Everything was clean and tidy. Location was so central, so i never used any transport during my stay. I got free coffee and check in was easy and fast.

It is our 3. time, when we need a place to stay during our long travel through germany. Always good service, quick responding. We usually arrive when the reception is closed and leave before it opens in the morning, and it has been very easy to manage. We usually bring one or both of our small dogs, and they are welcome and without extra charge. There is a lot of bathroom facilities, i would just like if there were somewhere (there are in some of the bathrooms) to put the things (towels, clothes and so. ) while you are having a shower or preparing yourself.

Not easy to store the towel/clothes and so while you are in the bathroom.

Quite bad communication from the staff: checkout was at 11am, but a cleaner came into my room at 10am unannounced Little atmosphere: no music or fun attitude at reception or in the halls, like you have at many hostels in Germany

Easy check-in, comfortable beds and good bedding, shared kitchen with most things you need, good communal areas with sofas, nice staff, individual lockers in the rooms (don't even need to bring own padlock)

No oven in the kitchen, extra cost for bedding, mixed dorms may be a problem for light sleepers (but then just choose the private rooms)

Environment and the behavior of the staffs.

Kitchen arrangement. It will be nice if keep some basic product like salt super chilli oil ... . Micro over was super dirty. Fridge also need to more organized.
