Staff - Always angry and bad answer, unwillingness to help, ill-treatment. Bad opening hours in restaurants and bars (confusing start and finish times) and not much capacity in restaurants and buffet.

El trato del personal hacia nosotros fue pésimo. La mujer del Front Desk fue muy grosera y muy poco servicial.

We were only there for one night. We went to the beach in the afternoon. It wasn't the nicest beach but very comfortable

The room was very "dated" and in major need of a facelift.....and the bathroom smelled really bad. It smelled like it was a sewer problem. My experience at Divi Golf was much much better.

I hated the directory staff. The operators. Terrible, then calling for a shuttle, or need a cab. The operator's were a disgrace. The room smelled stale like a bar in the morning, and the mattresses were terrible

i loved the location, it’s a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location

there is no entertainment on the property. In addition the pool side staff were not attentive. we would have to constantly call them over for drinks because they would disappear. in addition they are only opened until 3:30… not an ideal time for a resort especially on a weekend. not great accommodations for those who want to enjoy their vacation on the property. I also placed an order of food, it took them a really long time to get the food to us when it was not busy and when I got the food, they messed up the order and would not fix it because it was 3:28p and the cook was cleaning up to leave. we were told to either take it and pay or not take it at all. we refused to take and pay for something we did not order.
