Sehr schöne Lage, nettes Personal, mega leckeres und ausgewogenes Frühstück, schöner Garten läd ein zum verweilen
Auf gang 2 die Flurtür mal fetten. War sehr quietschend am tag/nacht

- ideale Lage, nur 2 Stationen vom KuDamm entfernt, mit einem schönen, ruhigem Garten, in dem man von Berlin gar nichts mehr hört
- wir hatten ein schönes großes Zimmer mit separater Sitzecke zur Straße, geschlossen hört man nichts, geöffnet wird man morgens natürlich mit Berlin wach (die Balkonzimmer zum Hof sind sicher ruhiger und scheinen bereits moderner eingerichtet)
- super Frühstück mit selbst gemachten Aufstrichen und Marmeladen, hier war für jeden was dabei
- sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal in allen Bereichen des Hauses
ohne Einfluss auf unsere Bewertung, es ging aber aus den Infos nicht so recht hervor: es gibt nur 6 TG-Plätze fürs Hotel, welche unbedingt reserviert werden müssen, auf der Straße kostet es sonst 24 Euro/Tag (Tipp: mit viel Glück - wir hatten - ist südlich der Berliner/Badensche Straße was Kostenloses zu finden)

Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Service ist sehr gut und die Auswahl beim Frühstück hat uns sehr gefallen.
Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hatte einen Balkon mit Blick in den schönen Garten.
Außergewöhnlich guter Service für die Marathon Läufer!

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah an einer u-Bahn Station und damit sehr ideal um Berlin zu erkunden.Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt.Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Die Lage in einer sehr ruhigen Straße in Schöneberg. Der tolle Balkon. Der sehr große und ruhige Garten. Eine Oase!

Wenn man die Toilette benutzt hat, hat man sich das Bein verbrannt... kein Abstand zwischen Heizung und Toilette... leider ist jetzt Winter und Heizung unumgänglich....

The toilet was used and dirty when I checked into my room. The pillow & bed sheets smelled used. no working WIFI & AC

The location is good, within a walking distance you can reach nearby good attractions in the area, the room was suspicious and comfortable, the area is quiet, staff are very good, welcoming and supportive,
The only issues i had were, the rooms are not equipped with a fridge to store some food or drinks, and there was no drinking water in the room and the internet connection is very poor in the hotel. if you have work to do, then you have to go downstairs in the meeting room for a better connection and the breakfast was the basic and the same every day

Patchy internet. Reception staff at night time isn’t always able to assist with simple requests, training would be recommended.

Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable bed and room. Not a sound to be heard from inside or outside. Very near U-Bahn and a very early bus to airport just around the corner. Friendly staff throughout my visit!

In need of some modernisation. Still using old keys. Personal at breakfast looked sad and angry. Should get in younger and more service minded people.

Very comfortable quiet and spacious room with balcony overlooking the garden. Good selection of food at breakfast - bread rolls, cheeses, hot dishes, fruit salad, etc. Quiet location but near good public transport and shops and park.
Wifi a shade on the weak side - very slow to download archival images I needed for my work. Tasteless, weak and slightly over-brewed coffee at breakfast, but have to pay extra for 'specialty' coffees such as latte or cappuccino so I didn't.

The place was really great, good location, friendly staff, clean and delicious breakfast.

The location is nice and you can reach anywhere with a few minutes of U-bahn travel. The staff in the kitchen were really nice and polite. The room was good, clean and spacious as well.
The wifi connection was very bad. it was more like not there at all. I stayed at the hotel for work and I needed internet. the hotel description says they have Wifi in the rooms but the connection was so bad that a simple google page needed 5 minutes to load. On calling the reception, they said, "you can come downstairs to work, maybe too many people are using the wifi right now". That is not a solution! very disappointed.

Clean and basic room, friendly personnel, about 30 minutes by public transport to Mitte.
I paid about 60€/night breakfast included, which is a good price for Berlin.

The hotel was close to metro stations, in a quite neighborhood. There were also a 24h open supermarket and a pharmacy store. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, warm with a nice view of the garden. The breakfast was nice and had a variety of choices.
There was only one small blanket for the bed and a really soft pillow.

The Breakfast was the best. Location has access to 2 subway lines. Staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming.
The only thing to improve is the bathroom.
