Never as pictures show, kids club always closed, check in was supposed to be at 4, arrived at 3 and got a room until 6 (I was traveling with two kids and that was a rough start plus entrance without air conditioned).. 3 elevators, 1 was always broken and the others on some floors had to be helped to open… property in really bad shape, elevator didn’t get to the pool, beach or restaurant, so we had to carry the stroller every time almost 40 steps without any staff help.. 0 eco friendly, lot of plastic spend covering silverware, towels washed daily…

The staff at the front desk and bell boys are really helpful and kind. The location and the beach front very good and comfortable.

The one elevator were out of service, two are insufficient and one of those two didn't work well from Monday to Thursday. We didn't have towels at the room, so we had to ask for them every day and they took 2 hours to delivered them!!!! We lack of toilet paper and we were 3 persons in one room, so, imagine the inconvenience of asking for toilet paper and towels....a nightmare!!!!!! Also the air conditioning didn't work out as it was supposed to, the shower is in bad shape and so are the lamps in te room. So to the owners I will recommend to take care of your business and invest money updating your hotel. Is a shame to expect a nice play and get the other way around. Also, the staff didn't asked the customers to use mask every time, some people didn't wear one at the elevator (just to give an example) And one more thing, hotel should reward the boys that work at the beach front as waiters (not hotel property) whom saved 3 persons from drowning in the sea!!! During our staying. They did it because they care and are always aware of the tourists, the life guard from the hotel didn't make the effort to save any one.

There were bed bugs my son and I got bitten by them.

Location and the view from the room we got was fantastic!
