Exceptional experience - very attentive staff, beautiful and clean rooms, amazing views. Privacy of a private pool, great experience at a beach club by the sea. Great food, everything!! We'll be back

Staff was great. Sunset bar lot of fun. Beach at the ocean is great.

Pool need maintenance. Tile missing and cracked, discolored grout. Same for showers.

I Stayed a lot of times in las brisas ! But this time everything went wrong ! No houses together, no towels, cold coffee and so on

Everything was great, service, view... but, they must change toilets, they are so 70's that spend a lot of water. Restaurant is delicious... but, they have to update the cocktails and the decoration, it's so cold.

The room, view and pool were all nice. If you are looking for room service and seclusion or privacy, this is your place.

Every thing was just too far away. Just to get from our room to the lobby, any of the restaurants or anything owned by the hotel required riding in the back of a jeep up and down steep hills while breathing fuel rich exhaust fumes.

Views beautiful and food In restaurants spectacular. Beach club lovely

sun loungers need re vamping as do some areas of complex. Need taxi to get anywhere or a car. Transportation around complex was extremely slow at the weekend

Ageing infrastructure - tasteful lighting hides this during the evening but daytime you can see the crumbling buildings of this 50yr old resort Restaurant - great view but over priced for the quality of food and limited menu Basic room - few designer touches that you’d expect for a resort of this price Main road - great view can’t mask that you overlook the main coastal road into Acapulco
