good location and breakfast

Nice enough hotel, situated on the edge of the main shopping street. An easy 10 minute walk into the centre, or 20 minutes to the main port. We stayed in a junior suite, with a lovely balcony and beautiful views of the gulf of Naples. Hotel has a rooftop pool and bar, the pool is in the shade for part of the day.

Hotel was a bit basic, with limited personal touches. Reception staff were pretty disinterested in guests. Breakfast staff, housekeeping and pool staff were all good. Breakfast was also good, a hot and cold buffet that was replenished regularly. Value for money here is a bit mixed, as prices pretty high but amenities and rooms pretty basic.

Great location for everything! Also good car parking and decent breakfast.

exceptionally close to all the attractions. Breakfast was tasty and the ladies working the breakfast room were OUTSTANDING! They were very friendly and accommodating. one spoke VERY good English. They worked very hard! The restaurant was pretty pricey. There was a limited but nice view of the water from the pool area. Didn’t use pool but looked very clean and inviting. The rooftop pool area had plenty of tables along with a bar (who did not accept any cash or credit cards). There’s a great little store around the corner and a laundromat a few blocks away. great little multiple item vending machines right across the street very reasonably priced! Rooms were ok. Happy to have a shower.

2 elevators were not working so there was a wait for the third one. Our taxi had to drop us off at the end of the street because he wasn’t allowed to drive on property-so we had to drag our luggage up a hill to get to the hotel entrance.

Breakfast was typical. They made your coffee for you. Had a nice private patio outside our room but the light switch out there didn’t work so it was dark.

The towels felt like sandpaper and the pillows were uncomfortable to sleep on. Not puffy at all. 2 of the 3 elevators not in service for quite some time. Staff not as friendly as one would expect.

Breakfast was very good with a wide range of food and waiters kept everything cleared. They were friendly, polite and helpful. Wifi was good and the pool area was nice.

we reported a problem - no aircon, no bathroom fan and a bedside light not working and it still wasn’t mended by the fine we left a day later.

We stayed at the suite, it was huge with bath tub, two balconies (one of them with sea view). We had a fridge with drinks and in short it was great!

It had only one suite, we wanted to stay longer but couldn't :(

We had a view room with a huge patio area. It was awesome!

Really nothing other than very small shower.

We loved our stay here. One of the things we most appreciated was actually the shade present in the pool area during most of the day: nothing like it to relax even more after a day in Capri or Positano! Obviously, this meant the water was cold, but it's a good trade off.

That they charged 2€ for a pool towel!

The location was great.

This is a very old hotel with old facilities but for a short stay ok. It is in a good, main location. My main disappointment with this hotel was the apparent owner - a much older man - who did not smile once when I was there at me (for 3 nights) nor did he greet me warmly when I came into the hotel initially or any other time. I got the feeling he was doing me the favour staying there and not the other way around. To be fair the women in the hotel were friendly. The hotel did not have an ironing board and the old owner begrudgingly found me an iron. The hair dryers in the bathroom were something out of the 50's. A pipe coming out of the wall blowing hot air that made the pipe too hot to even hold after a while. Totally unsatisfactory and annoying. The hotel needs a good renovation and a smiling owner. A good point was the breakfast. A great spread.

This is a moderate hotel, meaning good for families but not upscale or exceptional. The staff was wonderful and it makes a difference. They were kind, helpful, and friendly. The reservation came with breakfast and dinner. I can see this would be very attractive to families. The breakfast was fantastic. The dinner was OK. The service was great, and food selections varied. We did see plenty of young couples with children at the hotel.

the rooms were dated but clean. The bathroom could be updated. Nearly impossible to move around in the shower. Our room was large with plenty of room for the three of us. The location is in the center of everything--which is ideal. The spiagga / Grand Marina is about a mile away. It's somewhat of a hike if you have small children. I'd recommend the location and hotel if you have a family with small children. It was great having the option of dinner included with the room.

Way too overpriced for this kind of hotel. No elevator to the top floor.

We had a very good size terrace which we loved and the breakfast was very good and the restaurant staff was excellent

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights the room was never cleaned properly ,we did not have clean sheet all the time we was there we had to ask for the room to be made up and to have clean towels when we got there we had to take are own cases to the room and find the room our selfs very poor

The location was amazing , so near to all the restaurants the breakfast the staff were so welcoming and helpful and sweet
