The only good thing about this hotel is its location.

It is an old, run-down, neglected, dusty, heavy smelling, stained everywhere and antsy hotel. The beds are very old and full of ants. If you're planning to book this hotel, think again, don't be fooled by the pictures, it may be at least twenty years old. When we showed the ant in the bed, the reception staff replied that it's not a problem, just an ant and that ant bit us. Breakfast was very awful. Booking should not sell this hotel.

Room was spacious and comfortable and a small balcony that looked out onto the busy via Roma, and with the windows closed the room was quite. All the staff were very courteous and helpful. No hesitation to stay here again

The hotel del Centro is close to the train station and close to the city center were most of attraction, churches and restaurant are. Everything is walking distance. The hotel is clean ,the room spacious and so the bathroom. The breakfast at the hotel has good option. The hotel is quiet and we slept really well, our room had two balcony. There is a receptionist 24 hours. Staff is very friendly,and extremely helpful. Staff customers service are at a level of a 5 star hotel. The quality of of the service, the position of accomodation , and the cleaning standard make this hotel an excellent value for the money . There is also a lift.

Beautiful place, sweet breakfast staff.

We stayed for one night on the eve of new year. The place is beautiful but there was an excruciating noise every fifteen minutes throughout the night. When I contacted reception they they could do nothing about it. We hardly slept! They should’ve given us another room- stay clear of room 7! Very very poorly handled by the staff.

A good hotel for a night, close to all the amenities. The decor was authentic and charming, the staff was very friendly.

The bathroom could use a bit of an update since the shower wasn't the best.

The hotel was only a few minutes walk from Statione Centrale so handy for getting to the airport, etc. It is also an easy walk to Palermo's main attractions. Despite being on the busy Via Roma we were not disturbed by noise from the street. The reception staff were very helpful and breakfast was provided cheerfully at a small additional charge. There were many eating out possibilities nearby as well as food shops and all types of other shops.
