The piano outside nice …. Room size good pool nice

Cards need to be constantly programmed . Beds are hard . Drainage in bathroom too slow had to constantly stop the shower. No music by pool.

Toilet was nor working well

Excellent location over the Mediterranean sea. Excellent facilities, three pools, private beach, private access to sea. Outstanding beautiful. Closest to Mondello beach, restaurants and amenities.

A bit of variety to breakfast would be good

We ordered a room with a sea view, we could see a small piece of the sea, the payment was taken as for a room with a sea view. We were with a car, in the description of the hotel namesal parking. Parking was not provided.

Beautiful location I love swimming in the sea in the pool

I loved everything

The hotel itself has a great location, separated from the noice of the city and the breakfast was very good. Bus stop is 1 min away. The staff is friendly.

This is not a 4*hotel, maximum 3.5* and this only in some rooms. We booked an ecomony room and were firstly shown to a room that was 2 stars and in the basement, smelling very bad. Then we swiched rooms - the second one being what I believe a 2* room for people with dissabilities on the first floor, the balcony facing air conditioning machinery and very loud. We asked for an upgrade, which was possible after two days in the awful room and half a day waiting on reception. The room with upgrade was facing the sea, however we were there only about a few hours because the shower was broken and we needed to switch AGAIN. Generally the rooms are very broke down with a lot of utilities not working properly. The last room was okey, but still not the quality you expect from a typical 4*hotel in Europe.
