Room Was confortable , location was good

We stayed in the hotel one night flying early morning. I requested breakfast at 4am and be assured to have breakfast by night staff. Unfortunately no one has offered anything to us, was very disappointing especially travelling with children

Close to airport although early morning taxi was still 40 euros for a 10 min journey. , reading through other reviews, we were never offered the option of an early breakfast!

Slightly down trodden area, although the Pizzeria Alba over the road was quite nice. The whole needs redecorating, lock was broken on room door, so I had to wedge a chair underneath the handle.

It was nice that they provided parking in closed garage.

I rarely give negatives review, but this time I can really recommend NOT to stay in this hotel. With an early flight you need place close to airport and if distance is your only criteria, feel free to make a booking. But if you also would like to sleep before catching your early flight, I recommend to choose another place. We were travelling with kids and booked big room for 4 persons. Room very, very simple and old-fashioned, room was big. With really-really high ceiling. As there was not working air conditioner, staff had opened the windows, around 6-7m from the floor. With NO possibility to close the windows. As this hotel is located between highway and busy Naples street, you can only imagine the sound level. At 11PM our child was literally crying as he was unable to fall asleep because of the very loud noise. I also have to say that we would have liked to have a possibility to lock the door somehow.. which was not possible, as the door lock was broken. While checking-out, they tried to make me pay again for already prepaid room. This is not a good place to stay.

The noise from the street all night. The hotel is located close to heavy traffic street. Very bad sound isolation. Bathroom and shower are very old.

-We were warmly welcomed from the very beginning. -It was easy to find the hotel. -Very safe parking space with the gate. -Plenty food to choose from. -Very close to the airport -had the gym (unfortunately didn’t have time to use it)

The staff were fairly accommodating and tried to meet our needs and speak english to us which was lovely. Whenever we asked for something they were happy to try and help us. There was soya milk available which was good as I am lactose intolerant and the food at dinner was of a high standard.

I feel like there could have been more of a selection of food at breakfast time. I know it is a continental breakfast, but sometimes there was no cheese or meats and we had to ask for these. There also was not a good selection of spreads or pastries/breads - far too many cakes. I also did not like the fact our double bed in the bedroom was 2 single beds put together as it made for an uncomfortable sleep. There was no kettle in the room. We were only given 1 pillow each and had to ask for more otherwise it would have been even more of an uncomfortable sleep.

The staff are excellent and helpful. Breakfast was nicely presented and good.

The beds were a little too hard for me, but others didn’t have a problem. It is also by a highway, so if you are sensitive to noise, bring ear plugs.

There was enough room to turn around and for all suitcases compared to previous hotels we were in Rome

The staff was very welcoming and helpful, and made sure that all of our needs are taken care of in the short time we spent at the hotel before our flight. Even making sure to have breakfast ready for us at 4:45 am, or ordering a large shuttle for to get us to the airport on time and in a reasonable price.

The design and furniture are a bit outdated, but for a hotel by the airport this has met our expectations.
