Location was excellent! it is very near the Basilca if St Francis of Assisi! The hotel and room itself is a modern but very nice modern decor. Great shower, hair blower, view, bed, and access (elevator). Finally, to make it perfect, the Staff were so friendly and accommodating.

All amazing, but if forced to make a suggestion; we could have used two pillows per person versus just one. Minor concern given overwhelming positive points.

The staff was amazing and helped us navigate the town to get to the hotel which is very close to everything you need (attractions, food, shopping). They provided great recommendations for dinner in Assisi (our best meal in all of Italy!). They provided a delicious breakfast in a cute breakfast nook. The room was large and clean with a great bathroom. The view from our room was amazing - rooftops, the street below, and a wide expanse of the valley below Assisi. The staff allowed us to keep our luggage in the check in area while we explored the town (after we had already checked out!). I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Hopefully we can come back to stay again.

There was nothing we didn't like. Everything is fantastic, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in Assisi.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Near Saint Francis Church. The Staff is 5 stars: really helpful, very nice, always helping with anything needed and always friendly. The Hotel is beautiful with a positive energy and where you feel at home. It is new and everything really clean and cosy! The room was excelent, I stayed on 303. What a view! Fantastic! And was clean and so beatiful ans well decorated! This is by far one of the best hotels in Italy Despreensious but so elegant! Breakfast was vey good! Thank you! I really enjoyed being here!

Il Palazzo is such a gem! My stay couldn't be better. The view from my room to the valley was stunning. The room itself was super warm, clean, and convenient. It is the very center of the city, so everything can be reached in several minutes. Many thanks to the stuff for friendliness and care! I really enjoyed my staying and hope to be back someday.

I could hear guest taking in my next door. I’m not a light sleeper so it didn’t bother me.

The view from the room was stunning, hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. When we looked out the window it was really serene and peaceful.

The breakfast spread could be a bit better. We dont mind paying a little more considering there are so few breakfast options in Assisi.

The hotel is amazing. Beautiful, clean and unique in its rustic style with ancient wooden beams and naked rock areas. I loved it! The staff are very polite, helpful and give you great advice to maximise your stay. The room was spacious, neat and tidy. Beautifully decorated. I would definitely come back if I'm in Asissi again. Highly recommended!!

If you are driving, you cannot park on the street. However, there is an option of parking ~400mts from the hotel.

No real criticisms - it is a perfect base for the old city, not a hotel with facilities, but that was expected. Nothing to do with the hotel but visitors should note that driving into restricted zone can be very stressful and parking is outside the zone.

The receptionist I met at check in was very friendly and informative, providing a lot to do that interested me and filled my days in Assisi. I was in a room on a floor all by myself with an outside terrace area outside my room!

My room had one small window facing the inside of the building so there wasn't much natural light.

Location is a few metres away from the basilica.We were happy to see that breakfast was not served as buffet but served at tables directly strictly adhering to covid precautions. Spotlessly clean and nicely decorated promoting local artists with beautiful paintings throughout the property.Very helpful for culinary suggestions and any other service that one might need.
