a large hotel. good location. bus stop in front to take you the old city of Assisi

no amenities breakfast with wide selection but not good products

Lack of air conditioning although advertised as having. Told to open the window. Bed uncomfortable. Staff inattentive. Barman difficult to locate at times. Bar opening hours not known to reception. Outside furniture a disgrace and in a terrible condition. No service outdoors.

There’s not one thing I liked about this hotel

Everything, no air con, rude staff, small room, poor breakfast. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

BEAUTIFUL SETTING and Facility. Beautiful view and very nice rooms. The staff is very nice. Very good breakfast .

it was very hot in the room and the A/C although it was on , it did not cool the room. it made it very difficult to sleep. The bed was very hard and could have used more comfortable pillows.

Absolutely fantastic! All the staff were incredible, particularly Massimiliano in the restaurant/breakfast buffet. Located up in the hills outside Assisi with spectacular views to watch the sunset. The hotel offers a free shuttle to/from Assisi at set times, there is also a regular local bus that stops directly outside the hotel. Restaurant dinner is more expensive than inside Assisi, but delicious food. Breakfast buffet offered includes scrambled egg, bacon, sausages, breads and spreads, 4 types of cereals, fresh fruit and fruit in syrup, yoghurt, cheese and salamis, and many types of fresh cakes, muffins, croissants etc!! And of course coffee, tea, juice and water. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept, spacious lobby, an spa on site, plus a free pool.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They advised us regarding transfers etc. the location was good for walking into town.

Breakfast was disorganised and not a wide selection. They were clearly understaffed at all times. Our plane was delayed and we didn’t arrive until after the restaurant had closed and they couldn’t offer us so much as a piece of bread for supper. Spa wasn’t open until after 6pm and no additional towels provided for the pool.
