Nothing was good about this unsafe and bad nasty rooming house it was a straight lie about this Hotel. So Awful this is not a 1.0 star it is 0.0 this is not safe at all do not book

I warn you do not stay here it is not safe at all. When we got there and went in the motel (because its so not a hotel)it look like a rooming house. The water was cold warm the room smell like smoke and mold there was spiders and spider webbs all over the bathroom and room they give u two towls and one rag. There were dead little black ants and bugs all in the bathroom luckily I had my lysol and wipes. Power kept going out,there was a fire stick but u had to have a account to watch tv. my niece room was broken into no one care to do anything about it the lady thought it was funny. Our room would of been broken into if we would have left to earlier but we were still in the room bc we didn't have to leave for our attraction until later in the day the room door lock was missing a screw and you can see inside of our room from the outside room door. While we were sleep if I would not have put the broken chain on the door they would of walk in on us sleep they use a key to open our door while we were sleep my husband jump up asking me did someone just try to open the door the bed was so uncomfortable and small the room was so little the bed was steps away from the door when he pull the chain and open the door the maintenance man was standing there in stock he ask the man did he just try to come in our room he lie saying no but the look on his face was shock bc he thought we were gone already.they stole jewelry and watches and beats headphone and speaker and other stuff out my niece room. This is not a safe or sanitary environment. I don't understand how priceline or booking could have such an awful place like this to book on there website. The picture that was taken for these room on there site is not the room they have you staying in they took pictures from another property which was next to the motel. They charge you to move rooqms which is unacceptable.

Location was convenient near restaurants and shops.

I had to walk to the nearby sister hotel in order to check-in. There was a cockroach in the room. Tv very poor quality. The whole place could use an upgrade.

The room was very out dated and it wasn’t the cleanest.

Easy access to the main tourist street.

Our stay was a good experience. First time in Puerto Rico we arrived at 1:00 a.m. The hotel was not available to check us in , we had to walk one block to get the room keys for the room to a different hotel . It will be easier for someone to meet you at location once you arrive.

Difficult to get into the property. No one at the desk, had to call another hotel to have someone come to the door near the road yo let us in. Very little lighting in the room. No wash cloths. Unlit stairway to haul luggage up to room. Management was rude. Felt like old apartment building. No air in bathroom.

Only thing to like was the location.Everything else was subpar. It wasn’t at all what the pictures showed.
