Necesitábamos desconectar y relajarnos, por eso elegimos este hotel, además todos los días eligen al azar un cliente VIP y nos eligieron a nosotros! Nos regalaron una cena en el restaurante italiano y nos dejaron hacer el check out a las 15:00. El personal muy atento. Si volvemos a Lanzarote, sin duda elegiremos este hotel.

Desde mi punto de vista la comida del hotel no está a la altura de las instalaciones.

struttura decisamente "imponente" e molto bella. abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente l'ampiezza e la pulizia della camera, la comodità del letto, la dotazione di prodotti per il bagno e la varietà della colazione.

ci è stata assegnata una camera un po' defilata: questo è stato un vantaggio in termini di tranquillità e silenzio ma ci siamo sentiti un po' troppo "periferici" rispetto alla struttura. nel riordino giornaliero della camera hanno dimenticato di rifornirci del caffè solubile.

Pas de chaises longues, réservées dès 7h du matin. Très très bruyant impossible de dormir avant 23 heures et bruit à 7h de la piscine. Restaurant : tous les jours quasiment les mêmes plats. Beaucoup de friture. Personnels peu sympathiques. En tout cas pas du tout un centre sportif.

Great hotel, lots of activities to do with or without kids. We planned snorkeling through the activities counter and Annalisa was really helpful. The activity itself and the staff were also great and gave us recommendations on what to do in Lanzarote. Food is good for the price, breakfast is really good and the staff in the restaurants are very helpful and friendly. I needed a wine opener and ice one evening and they helped me straight away with a big smile on their face. Location is great, close to Teguise which is great for the Sunday market and you can pretty much get anywhere in the island in under an hour if you are planning on exploring.

If you have a car, you are told there is Parking which is small and completely full at all times so you have to park on the street and sometimes not that close to the hotel because very busy. So very annoying especially if you are carrying luggage. Also the service in reception could be better, we ran out of shampoo and had to call twice to get someone to actually come to our room and were told we didn’t express the urgency the first time we called. And the day we arrived we asked for help on where to park and we were basically told to find parking ourselves (i would expect more support from a 4 star hotel).

Piscine non chauffée

Très bien situé pour visiter l'île. Arrêt de bus en face de l'hôtel. Agence de location de voitures et de vélos juste à côté de l'hôtel. Personnel très agréable et disponible. Espace fitness bien équipé. Je recommande +++++

La piscine chauffée pourrait être accessible pour tous. Un forfait boissons pourrait être proposé pour les clients en demi pension.

Bien situé, belles chambres, propre, belles infrastructures, très bons buffets, toutes les commodités à proximité (commerces, bus, location vélo et voiture...), idéal pour les sportifs.

Isolation des chambres: Un peu bruyant le matin au niveau des couloirs et quand votre chambre donne sur la piscine olympique et que les entraînements commencent à 7h -Literie pas assez ferme à notre goût
