Fabulous villa, excellent outdoor space. The pool was lovely and gets the sun from morning until late in the evening and was always a very pleasant temperature. Both bedrooms were very spacious, the primary bedroom has a large bed and en suite bathroom, there is also a "family" bathroom off the hall. The villa was very clean, has excellent WiFi and good selection of English TV channels on a smart TV. The owners/caretakers were all very friendly and helpful. Villa is in a very tranquil location, yes it is across from the RIU Hotel but we weren't disturbed by any noise and it is a well run hotel, we didn't feel overlooked, everyone is on their holidays, enjoying themselves! Approximately 5 minutes walk to the beach and closest supermarket and La Avenida Restaurant and about another 5 to the Los Pocillos end of Avenida de Las Playas to bars and restaurants or walk further in the other direction along Avenida de Las Playas to the busier parts of Puerto Del Carmen or further on to the old town. Space to park a car inside the villa if needed. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Except large Hotel opposite: good location , 2 Restaurants, Shops and beach in walking distance. Comfortable beds. Good sized heated pool. Good Sat TV, friendly personnel, Cleaning and Pool service twice a week- Top care trough Manager Antonio. Request for some extra kitchen appliances were solved speedily! Enjoyed daily visit of neighbour's cat and nearly tame Turk pigeons

Situated opposite large hotel with plenty of bus traffic ( after 2 days we got used) - House is an old lady with signs of age, but everything functions OK .

Location great for beach and quiet. Went last week of July during Covid so exceptionally quiet. Beach empty. Villa had new fridge freezer. Microwave did not work so was replaced. Great tv and wifi.

Villa is opposite a large hotel not shown on booking site. The private pool area was completely overlooked by the hotel and tourists standing on the steps. Therefore it was not private. The jacuzzi did not work. Indoor lamps did not work. Electric sockets need attention. Plugging items in meant lights flashed on and off. The villa is tired and needs a complete paint, new, clean sockets, new sun lounger covers, new outdoor furniture, new lamp shades. Had to ask for clean towels on day 5.
