A very beautiful garden - peace, no annoying noise of animations and loud evening music - at least compared to the noisy and purely commercial neighboring Riu hotel. Spacious, comfortable, clean rooms. Beautiful bathroom. In the evening, towels are changed - if necessary. Nice goodnight chocolates - with quotes - thoughts in English and Spanish. Very helpful and polite Mr. Piotr at the reception- really 5 🌟 stars. Thank you.

Well... compared to a similar standard hotel in Lanzarote, visited a month earlier, much more extra charges for everything possible - although the prices are still high. We only had breakfast included in the price, we ate one lunch in the famous hotel restaurant - and then we ate outside the hotel, especially in less touristy tapas bars, which are difficult to find on this island - but you can. In the hotel restaurant we encountered quite haughty staff (as if bored), you can understand it in the context of protests against tourists on the Islands, but still... that's what these islands live for, isn't it?

Das Hotel in guter Lage vermittelt ein sehr einladendes Ambiente und scheint professionell geführt zu sein. Der Ablauf von der Anreise bis zum Check-out war sehr professionell. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, motiviert und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Das Gastro-Angebot ist vielfältig - das Frühstückbuffet ist FANTASTISCH und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen.

Ein Wermutstropfen waren die Liegen an den Pools :-( Diese waren schon sehr früh reserviert und sind teilweise erst viel später benutzt worden. Wäre schön, wenn dem Management eine bessere Regelung einfallen würde.

Tolles Personal, schöne Zimmer und eine schöne Anlage

Liegen am Pool werden größtenteils von Gästen schon morgens reserviert. Man bekommt immer noch eine aber andere Hotels gehen besser gegen dieses unnötige Verhalten vor

Breakfast was amazing and all the food was good. Room was exceptional with lovely views. Gardens to the hotel are beautiful and very well laid out.

Very little! One small point would be to suggest staff retraining occasionally - in some areas, noteably the bars, some of them were more interested in chattiing amongst themselves than watching to see who came in and sat down and needed serving. Several times we had to go to the bar and order ourselves.

Beautifully refurbished recently, facilities are the best on the island, restaurants are stunning, the pools are amazing and the bars are all worth a visit. Will be back without question
