The staff was polite and friendly, offering all the necessary information - I appreciated they were willing to offer a room with matrimonial bed, when I asked them if that was a possibility. The hotel is located in a good area, not right in the city center, but close to it (10 mins walk). Next to the hotel there is a small Alcampo opened till 23h, perfect for buying water and snacks. The room was cleaned every day. It was not spacious, probably for two persons it could feel quite small, but on the other side, the bathroom was spacious. The wi-fi connection was good.

The room was basic, a bit old-fashioned. The bathroom was functional, but outdated. There was some hair in the bathroom, like it was not thoroughly cleaned. Also, I could not use part of the wardrobe, as the upper shelf had a significant amount of dust + there was a T-shirt that probably some of the previous guests forgot (also full of dust). The two chairs were stained and had lot of dust and crumbs in the corners - some cleaning would not harm. Maybe the most annoying thing was that the walls were thin and you could hear your neighbors like they were in the same room. Overall it was not a bad experience, except of these small details that made it not to be a perfect stay.

A very clean and relatively modern hotel, and it's an easy walk to the old town. The room was a great size, huge bathroom and the bed was comfy. The staff were very nice, particularly Juanjo who was super helpful during my stay.

The sound insulation between rooms is not the best, I could hear my neighbours talking until 1am both nights.

Great location, Close to all the historic sites and nightlife. Friendly staff. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Underground parking via a lift, but cannot be pre-booked. Need to pull into the forecourt to get off the road initially and speak to reception to access the lift. Not a problem, but not well signposted from the street.

Great big comfy rooms with full bathrooms and nice views of the street from the higher floors. A short walk from the hotel to the old town and reasonably close to Portillo station. Staff speak multiple languages including English. They also let us join the buffet breakfast at late notice which was super convenient.

The walls were a little thin so we got a bit of noise from the street and adjoining rooms, but nothing major.

Perfect location to discover the city center. Very friendly man at the reception that welcomed us and provided us with all necessary information. The breakfast was delicious.

the curtains in the room were old and torn at parts, and the room could’ve had a better cleaning although it was OK overall. There was a water cut for maintenance the entire morning and into late afternoon, and even before the water outage there was no hot water. it was unseasonably hot the day we were there and despite that they wouldn’t turn the AC on. the room - exposed to the sun all day - never lost the heat throughout the night which was quite unpleasant.

The room was spacious, big bed, good location, parking with elevator. Good breakfast.

The prehistoric A/C is on a preset temperature, which is quite high in winter month. We were woken up several times by heat. We couldn't keep the windows open because of the big noise from the street all night long. And without windows or A/C , there was no oxygen. Probably better to ask for a room facing the other side. Creaking floor. The maid took our second sheet so we had to ask for it again. Only water in the minibar and no possibility to get a drink from the bar downstairs.

The location was very good, the hotel parking was excellent, the desk staff was not only friendly but very helpful, the room was spacious and well laid out.

The room was exceedingly hot and noisy and the bed was rather uncomfortable. We turned off the heat, opened the windows, then closed them due to noise but felt like we were suffocating. Even with the windows closed, you could also hear lots of street noise, conversations next door, any use of plumbing, etc. Not much sleep that night. Also, the room was basically clean but lots of grit under the bed which I found when I went to retrieve a sock.

The room was nice and clean, the location was good, near the center of the city.

The bathroom faucets should be changed as they were old and dirty and in the bathroom there was a smoke smell from the other room’s guests(smoking was not permitted as far as I know). We could hear every little sound from the other rooms/hallway and outside so if you are a light sleeper I won’t recommend.

The staff really friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was amazing. The little refrigerator in the room is always helpful. Close to the city center, easily reachable on foot. I absolutely recommend it.

Maybe a water heater would be welcome to make your own tea or coffee.

location is sadly affected by the neighborhood behind the hotel. it does not feel dangerous but it is surely a place with street prostitution and drug dealing. not very nice to see this so close to Zaragoza historic center

The check in process was quick and simply and the staff were efficient and nice. We then went to our room, and it was MASSIVE! Largest hotel we had ever stayed in during a trip in Europe. The hotel was older and there was some ware on the porcelan, but it was well designed, well cleaned, and roomy. If you like beds on the harder side this will be great for you. Our location was great for walking around the city, to some of the monuments, near a few useful shops (including a laundrymat)

It would have been useful for the front desk to tell us that we needed to place a room key card in the slot by the door to run the electricity (lights and air conditioning) it took us some time but we figured it out. Make sure to get your water/evening snacks before about 8pm when the convenience stores close for the night!
