Good location for the road trip by car. Facilities like swimming pool, bar and sauna.

the sound proofing of the room was terrible - the hotel was not full but from the moment I arrived it was like a 'love' hotel due to the noise that met me in the hall, in my room and continued on from different directions... the food in the bar for dinner was horrible. the location is fine if driving your own car, not suitable if relying on public transport. the pool was not opened in the morning for a swim before breakfast. there was no water to drink in the room - it was E1 from a vending machine.there was no coffee making equipment in the bedroom - again this was E1 from a vending machine in the reception.

The room and dining were nice.

It was in a kind of business area, so wasn't too attractive.

Staff is really helpful and attentive

Road can be noisy so ask for a room at the backside. I got a frontside one but they were happy to change it without charge.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The cleaning staff do there job very well.

Not having a robe to go to the spa or swimming pool, each time you went to the spa you'd receive a towl a the reception and you'd had to give it back when you went back to your rom. In the morning youd hear the doors closing and the people didn't doi t on purpose, it was how the doors are prepared...

The top-floor room had views across to the city. There was a little traffic noise but closing the window fully stopped the sound. We needed the aircon as the weather was very warm, and there was also a fridge in the room. We found it extremely comfortable and slept very well. we didn’t use the spa facilities. To explore the city we caught the No 10 bus right into the centre from the bus stop about 3mins walk away, much easier than driving and under 4 euros each return. Wouldn’t hesitate to return if in the area

The only downside was the quality of the bar meal we had, and the small size of the bathroom.

Good rooms, very good air conditioning and a friendly staff. The waiting staff in the bar and restaurant is exceptional, many of them could work for a guide Michelin restaurant. Food is OK, prices are very good. Access to a pool table is a plus.

As a spa hotel, there is no point whatsoever too visit this hotel. The gym is very old, the small whirl pool excites no one and the pool is very average. Location along the freeway and no shops if you don't have a car is also not on the positive side.

Very good value for money. Large clean room. Plenty of parking.

The location is some distance out on a business park with the bonus of generous car parking Facilities are sports related.

The Hotel is a decent offer as part of a chain hotel company and is a good overnight stop for an onward journey. No local character

Large purpose built hotel - spacious public areas and good size, very usable room. The gym and pool were both very good - clean & well maintained. Easy parking - with cover from the elements (a sort of sun roof structure) available. Easy to get to from the road network as the hotel is basically out on the ring road. The hotel has a cafe attached - in like me with Spanish custom, this opens at 8 or 8.30pm for the evening meal. The breakfast was more than adequate - not sumptuous but a good range of items.

This is an automatic corollary of its ring road location: there’s not much around it and one has to drive into Lugo to see the sights: impressive city walls and a cathedral. The town itself seemed a little quiet and even a bit down at heel - but perhaps this was because we were visiting it on a Sunday evening.

There is no insulation on rooms nor hallways. Nothing is carpeted so you can hear everyone walking around, other guests moving furniture, and even snore from the next room. Not nice for light sleepers.

Good breakfast, variedade and good choices

Decently priced clean accommodation. Convenient if you're travelling by car.

The fact that you had to walk a path without shelter to reach the outdoor swimming pool was really uncomfortable as the day was quite cold. The swimming pool's water could also be a bit warmer. I would have expected to have bath slippers and robe available to use during my stay at the hotel to move back and forward between the room and the swimming pool. The hotel itself looked a bit dated and the sound insulation was very poor (I could hear the guest in the room upstairs peeing and showering quite clearly).
