The elevator work very bad. The food is poor for a 4* hotel. Could have offered a bottle of water on check in. At the reception, they gave an instruction that says that you can’t book sunbeds by the pool and leave for breakfast, etc. But nobody controls it. At 10 am all the sunbeds are empty, but there are towels on everyone and it is not possible to find a free sunbed.

Lovely friendly and helpful staff starting with David at reception. Fantastic location overlooking a lovely beach. Food was lovely. Will definitely be returning.

Lots of facilities, very close to the sea and beach. Good breakfast. Rooms were nice and clean with a balcony (which is only a benefit if/when you get a room with sea view)

Located at a fairly busy street in ‘no mansland’ between Salou and Cambrils. Parking facilities are very limited and the hotel should be clearer about this. 30 spots is way too few and if I had known, I would not have chosen this hotel. Offering no alternative but ‘on the street’ parking is not trying to help the customer overcome a hotel limitation.

Great staff, comfty room, perfect food, send beach just few steps from the hotel. Perfect!

We had a suite on the top floor (3rd) with views of the pool, beach and sea. The room was large and comfortable with a proper balcony which you could sit on and relax. The buffet restaurant had a good selection of well cooked food to suit all tastes at both breakfast and dinner with long opening times. The hotel is right on an excellent sandy beach. Parking was free in some of the side roads or just 2.25 euros on the road in front of the hotel.

I love everything about this hotel - the facilities are good, the staff are helpful & polite, the buffet meals are excellent with a wide range of foods to cater for everyone's tastes, the location & proximity to the beach is excellent

surrounding area looking somewhat run down with tacky restaurants and shops we made an online pre Checkin, which the hotel marketed as “no queues, no waiting, much more agile and fast”. this was NOT the case, in fact 20-25 people were in queue checking in when we arrived and there was not fast track, so check in took app 30-40 min. threre was a lack of a fast track lane for other requests than check in poor WiFi option offered - this is 2022, you would expect free WiFi of a decent quality!

excellent location. directly opposite the beach and easy commute into the local town. beautiful pool setting. hotel is beautifully clean, the housekeeping team obviously work very hard. all staff were helpful and kind. food was lovely. plenty of choice and well cooked. lovely neat room with a lovely bathroom that had plenty of toiletries.

An amazingly bright comfortable and extremely well staffed hotel! Pool and sea view was magnificent. The price difference between B&B and half board was minuscule!!!!!! So we opted for evening meal………so much choice I could have stayed 2 weeks and never have eaten the same meal twice!!!!! Looking to return very soon as position on beach and coastal path away from traffic made Cambrils and Salou both within an easy flat in opposite directions so easy. We are looking to visit with our daughter who is a wheelchair user but unfortunately the pool is not wheelchair accessible……otherwise I would have booked before we returned home!!!!!!

Dining room lighting plus bar lighting was a little bright but that’s just my preference as others may dislike ambient lighting in social areas.

Buffet selection, comfortable bed

Excessive signage regarding security theft prosecution, etc gives you the feeling that it’s not safe to be at the hotel. The worst was to be told that there is a charge for instant coffee to use the kettle in the room!!!, why place a kettle and coffee cups in the room, also to add to the insult there were boxes of instant coffee and tea available in the dining room at breakfast!. 4 star hotel On the maintenance side, check the mirrors in the rooms also the gate leading to the beach from the hotel.
