The food was good but would be better if there was more variety. The pool was great and the distance to the beach was very short.

As all inclusive members, the drinks we were given were very poor. Sometimes the cocktails we were given had no alcohol in them at all. When asked for whiskey for example, the whiskey they poured had no colour. For the price i paid, they were giving the cheapest and worst alcohol they had. Extremely disappointing Our bed sheets weren’t changed for the whole time we were staying there. Very dirty under the beds. Animacíon was always the same. It was mostly for kids, nothing for adults, atmosphere was boring. When given coffee from the bar at the pool, we were given plastic spoons which melted when coffee was stirred. Thats not at a 4 star hotel standard.

Great pool and clean and comfortable rooms. Just across the road from a beautiful beach. Bus stops right outside the door to Cambrils, Salou, Portaventura and airport.

Great holiday hotel and they upgraded us to a pool view room, very nice Big beds, very comfortable and good Aircon. Great location for beach and restaurants

Food range in restaurant not too bad but quality not great. Some nights it was good but overall just average. Queue for a simple fried egg in the morning was ridiculous and I often have up; quality of bacon very poor.

The installations were very good, the bedrooms, everything.

The staff could have better attitude some times

the room was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. all the staff we came in contact with were friendly and helpful. excellent scrambled eggs at breakfast.

the choice and quality wasn’t as good as some of the other Best hotels we have stayed at. breakfast set up had no flow. toast station was on the other side of the restaurant from the jam and butter. hardly and choice for cereals and no fruit to go with it like prunes or dried apricots. yoghurt was over by the cooked breakfast.

I liked where the hotel was situated. The room was quiet and air conditioning was excellent as it was so hot. The beds were comfy. The staff in general were very good in particular the bar and dining staff were great.

The reception staff were very slow and did not seem to understand English which left a sour taste in my mouth.

Car parking is very expensive and we had to park on a nearby side street.

Cleanliness, location to beach, food, friendly staff. Free wifi, pool and outside entertainment.

Location of our room which was situated over waste bins area with little or no pleasant view. Only issue with all of our Hotel experience. Still recommend staying here.

No bins in hotel room which was strange. Also on 1st floor you could hear music downstairs in lobby at night time
