Floors weren't 100% clean, leaking drain and toilet, wifi isn't amazing in the rooms.

They had a vacant room.

The room is the same as it was like 15 years ago. There is no milk in the fridge for coffee/tea. There is no chair to allow for work. The aircon blew directly onto the bed. In turning the air con blades up - a lot of dust blew off. The room is lacking power points on the bedside for phone/laptop charging....and reflects the last time it was renovated. The dining area - could be refurbished as at the moment it feels like the extension of someone's garage. The breakfast on offer is not very nice with the fruit looking like not fresh. The porter did not turn up to help with my suitcase (reception should not say someone will be there to help if there is no one).

I loved my spa treatment with Nicah. I highly recommend having a spa, Nicah is a true asset to the organisation

This resort is old and in need of a makeover. Our room was satisfactory but the bed was uncomfortable and sagging in the middle. The concierge arranged a taxi for us who then overcharged us to take us to our next location.

Food service was slow, I get island time but 1 hour for a sandwich was a little extreme.

Good breakfast. Facilities very old and not very clean. Tables sticky, not wiped properly. Rooms under lit, not enough light around the rooms.

Cleanliness and general upgrade needed to lift the facilities. Bathrooms old, internal space very dark, dim lights.

Breakfast was fantastic and especially for staff members they were very helpful. Kitchen chef was nice and helpful. My daughter is allergic with eggs, nuts. But chefs was kind and prepared all the meals for my daughter and she enjoyed all the meals.

The shower needs some improvement and it’s out dated. If the management invest bit more money to improve bathroom and sliding door it will be great. Other then it’s all good.

we stayed mercure nadi as we had an early morning flight. so in that sense, it was very close to the airport with plenty of taxi around.

it was not a hotel but rather a motel. you’d think Mercure brand would guarantee some level of a standard, but no it doesn’t. it was more of a filthy motel. we were shocked to see stray dogs roaming around even on the second floor where we stayed. the lights in the rooms are so grim and beddings feel a bit moist due to the humidity together with not so well functioning AC. I wish this hotel didn’t have the brand of Mercure because everything is about expectation. if I was mentally prepared for a motel, I would have been better but since it is Mercure, I just couldn’t imagine it could be SO bad.

the property is near the airport and shops. location wise its good. the staff are friendly. the beauty lab helps. as we get treatment since we cant go out cause by the rain.

the rooms we had was old. lacking of usual toiletries provided on a standard rooms. the bed I had I think its over used or too old already. I grew back and shoulder sore cause of it. The room keycard didnt work after 1 day of stay. Need to go the lobby to update it. Its a bit annoying cause I was staying on the 3rd floor. breakfast buffet was okay. I just put up with it as I stayed for just a couple of days. Hope it gets improve.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. 24/7 receptionist available and our flight was early morning from Fiji and they even packed breakfast for each of us. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Fiji.

The breakfast that is included in the price was great, apart from our last day we were at breakfast by 7am and not everything was ready. Location is great close to supermarket, restaurants, movies. The housekeeping ladies were absolutely lovely and always did such an awesome job with the rooms, so professional. Reception team we’re welcoming and made sure they did everything to make our stay a bit better.

shower had no door so floor got wet. Aircon was disappointing only felt it when you walked into the room and then a few minutes after the room just felt hot (had to ask for a fan). Wifi is slow had to hotspot sister most of our stay. Sliding door and room door couldn’t lock properly had to get our sister to double check from outside if it was locked. There was a random door in between room and could literally hear the next room talking and laughing (lucky we knew each other)
