Location is excellent halfway between Nadi town & airport with lots of resturants an easy walk away. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment suited our family with 2 bathrooms (master ensuite). Maybe wouldn't be my first choice again bur ok for a short stay.

Cleanliness not up to standard for international traveller. Overall condition generally a bit rundown and resturant hours seemed arbitrary. General lack of info in the room, AC outdoor units extremely noisy but ceiling fans good. No wifi?

The room was okay, clean. The bed was terrible. I got given a dirty towel when I checked in at night. I asked for the towel to be changed but was never given a new one. There was no hot water in the shower for the duration of my stay. The staff who checked me in was somewhat okay, but the day staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was not my first choice.

Sorry this time around was abit disappointing.

The person who was serving our family at the time was not really friendly or helpful. The room was not expected for the price. The toilet pipe was leaking and after bringing it up, the hotel was kind enough to upgrade the room to a bigger and better one in the early morning few hours prior to check out. However, it was disappointing when the hotel worker said referring to the toilet leak “ you’re only here for the night, you wouldn’t need to use the toilet that much”. We’re a nice family and wouldn’t call people out for no reason but I hope no one gets to experience in the future.

The rooms need renovations. It was so dirty and not up to hotel standards. Safety is also important, gas was leaking, stove dirty and old, dirty fans, dirty walls, dirty curtains, dishes left on the tray, dirty freezer, microwave not cleaned, overall need a good renovation and thorough cleaning

1. I was put on hold to check in cause room was still dirty till 3pm. Check in time was 2pm 2. No toiletries and towel in the room until 5.30pm we have to call and request for it. 3. Dirty water in swimming pool. 4. Aircon in the 2 bedroom apartment was pathetic can't cool the room. Fan air was so slow need maintenance work in this hotel 5. Very poor customer service

The un flushed poo in the toilet. No top sheet supplied. Noisey location with drunk people. Family felt unsafe.

They told me I wasn’t booked at the hotel because I booked through Booking.com. Although I had all the booking confirmation…. I had to wait for half an hour with my family in the car. Their customer service representative wasn’t good enough…. Had to find another place to stay. Their service wasn’t helpful at all

It took 40 minutes to check inn & rhe restaurant was not open.

The room wasn't ready eventhough we came in at 2.30pm. Plus there was no towels or toiletries in the room when we checked in. So had to go to the reception and ask for everything. Poor presentation of the room.
