Excellent staff and hotel facilities. Highly recommended

All hotel staff were extremely helpful & friendly. The club lounge was fabulous. The choice of breakfast options was great and very tasty. The room was very large & the beds were comfortable.

The swimming pool temperature was far too low.

The only fault was the pillow quality, they were very small and quite uncomfortable.

Very helpful staff, comfortable bed very clean rooms. Good facilities. Lovely market town close to hospital and Gatwick airport.

The jacuzzi was really nice , lovely breakfast . The room is big and clean .

The jacuzzi was really nice but sadly my children couldn’t use it because they are under 16 and the big pool was too cold for them .

Service in Bar and Restaurant excellent. Food was delayed in Bar and staff apologised without prompting and gave us complementary drinks. breakfast service was very efficient with staff constantly topping up self service area and available for special requests.

Room was not serviced on our return for second night. Reception informed and Housekeeping quick to provide the items we needed. Bedroom No 138 is a long way from Hotel main facilities so quite a trek to reception etc.

The room was clean and spacious. WE enjoyed the modest gym and pool too. It was great to have an electric charging point just outside my window.

Telephone connection a disaster. Crackling on phone and couldn't hear. Tried many times before anyone's answers then getting cut off. Went down twice to reception to speak directly.

We stayed hear the night before my friend's wedding. The reception staff saw our bride/bridesmaid dressing gowns on our way down to the spa and sent a bottle of prosecco to the room. We were also given a shot with our dinner. The food was lovely. The spa was really peaceful, only a couple of other visitors when we went down. We had a really lovely, relaxing stay which was exactly what we needed.

There was a bit of a slow moving queue when we arrived to check-in, but the reception staff apologised for the wait.

Closer to infield racecourse for our event. Excellent service, restaurant food, bar area and the best breakfast we’ve ever had

Great room and facilities

Room wasn’t ready at 3pm, we had to keep badgering the front desk staff as we were being collected at 3.30 for a corporate bash at Lingfield - ended up having 5 mins to get ready - not impressed. Also breakfast was tepid at best - could’ve done with being hotter.

The location can cause a lot of issues. Whilst I was there, some roads were blocked off, and with little directions on how to go around. But it resulted in an extra 20mins of driving around to get back to the hotel.

I arrived early and explained I was off to an anniversary and needed to wash and dress, and was afforded all the help I needed to arrive on time
