Beautiful sea view, spotlessly clean, huge room and bathroom, very comfortable bed snd the staff couldn't have been more helpful.

A perfectly decent hotel for the price. Spacious room. Lovely sized bathroom.
Cheap refurb, already showing signs of age. Cheap carpet with no underlay. DREADFUL off-the-shelf “art”. But all minor quibbles really - friendly staff, well-proportioned room, clean. Good price.

The room was too warm when we arrived, but we were able to open a window. The highchairs in the restaurant could use a good cleaning (but that was our only remark towards the cleanliness).

Liked it all. The building is very smart, a very welcoming reception area, and the young lady on reception at the time was very professional, however extremely friendly, explained about the car parking, and answered any queries I had. The room, superior, was very large, very clean, with all the facilities you would need. The bathroom was of a very good size, with a brilliant over head shower, but also a hand shower to. Bottled water was provided each day, and the room cleaning each day was of a very high standard. The bed was very large and comfortable. Breakfast, wow, best hotel breakfast I have ever had. The location was perfect, Just a little way from the hustle and bustle of the centre. Parking was easy, many allotted roads, clearly explained, very cheap, all sorted at reception on arrival. Bar area was cosy, but bright and airy. Also very clean.
Only one thing. The ugly heavy sofa bed in front of the gorgeous bay window making the view difficult to appreciate............and thats it.

When we first entered the room, the toilet had poo skid marks in the bottom .
Every day we had to ask for additional bathroom gels as they were only providing for one person.

Parking was a little difficult in the evenings, but I accept it was the school holidays and lovely weather. We hadn't had problems when we stayed at this hotel previously.

gegenüber des Hotels, Wiesenflächen direkt davor - perfekt um Hunde auszuführen.
Zimmer war sehr groß und hierin angenehm leise.
Freundlicher Empfang bei Ankunft, auch das Frühstückspersonal war nett.
Zimmerausstattung recht mager. Bett war unbequem (hart). Bad klein. Keine Snackmöglichkeit im Hotel/keine Minibar im Zimmer.

Prima hotel met lekkere ruime kamers. Leuke locatie 10 minuten lopen naar het centrum. Het is een leuke wandeling dus prima te doen. Personeel is erg aardig. Leuk terras met redelijke bediening.
Het was wat warm op de kamer. Ramen konden met veel moeite open gezet worden. Airco zou geen overbodige luxe zijn. Bediening in restaurant was aardig maar erg rommelig. Een uur zitten wachten op een tafel om er later achter te komen dat er voldoende plek was.

the ambience is lovely and as the sun was shining for a change it made sitting out on the terrace much better.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und beengt. Besonders unangenehm war, dass es im Zimmer ungewöhnlich warm war und das Fenster nicht richtig geöffnet werden konnte.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Perfect location so close to the sea and near the town. It was nice and warm and the staff were lovely.

The stay here was perfect from beginning to end. The hotel staff made sure we had a lovely stay, with a towel made into a birthday cake for my partner and very kindly a birthday card too. The room service and housekeeping were very attentive and the breakfast was out of this world. Sea view room and lovely surroundings, Folkestone is underated!
