The location is fabulous, in town, lovely street with art galleries, and plenty options for food drink. Also, close to the harbour and the beach. I'd love to have stayed a few extra days to explore more. Also, the apartment is exceptionally spacious, and has everything you could possibly need.

The apartment is huge! And the location is perfect, in the creative quarter and a stone's throw from the beach. It was like home from home, with all the little touches like coffee pods, milk in the fridge, a freezer full of ice and toiletries in the bathroom and even body boards for the beach. Excellent value for money and would definitely recommend.

There is one bathroom in the apartment so we had to queue for showers which was the only downside!

Comfy house in the heart of the lovely creative quarter. The hosts were amazing, communication was the best I’ve ever had. The house is easy to find, clean, spacious and everything you need is provided. The sun terrace was a real bonus and the kids loved hanging out up there. Really good restaurants on the doorstep. You can walk easily to the beaches and Harbour Arm a good place to hang out for food and drinks.

Location was perfect..market garden just up the hill was wonderful for breakfast and lots of choice..Generally though restaurants available to suit everyone The hosts were in contact via email on our arrival day to assure us that if there were any issues(.which they’re weren’t!), they could be contacted and would resolve things. Would highly recommend and we will certainly return in the future.

The street outside was quite busy on Friday night but to be expected as it is a lovely buzzy area.

The location was just right, lovely coffee shop opposite & pasta restaurant. Town centre 5 min walk up the hill

Parking is easy and very near the accommodation, less than a minuet walk from the car park to the front door. I think people with reduced mobility might find this flat tricky. You can't park outside the property and there is a small walk up a gradual hill to the front door. In the property there are quite a few steps, with corner staircases which could make climbing difficult. However, the stairs are well lit and there are plenty of grab rails to help support you up and down . Also, the property has child gates fitted to prevent children or dogs falling down the stairs. The property was spacious and had everything you'd need for a stay. WiFi was great and each room had a TV in (if that is your thing). There were plenty of interesting places and shops around the property. The street is lively and busy most of the day and into the evening and night, with the associated noise. But sat out the back on the enclosed patio or upstairs in the sun lounge / roof terrace the hum of the street isn't noticeable. There is also a fantastic view from this room. All in all we had a great stay, if the weather had been better we'd have explored the area more. As it was Folkestone had enough to offer for a few days to keep us entertained. And yes I'd go back!

The only thing I would say is if you have problems with mobility, this may be a problem for you, many winding stairs.

The apartment was so well equipped and right in the heart of the creative quarter. We were there for a wedding and it was only on our last day that we got to experience Folkestone. My mother in law came too to babysit our toddler and she loved the apartment so much! It had so much space and everything we needed for the 5 of us and the view from the upstairs was amazing! Probably my favourite room to watch the sunrise! Even though it is located on the old high street, you couldn't hear anything so it felt peaceful. Beds were very comfy and all the rooms were very spacious! I would love to come again! Michael was very informative and helpful. His responses were very quick and answered all my questions. Thank you so much!

There is nothing I can fault about this place!

The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need for a holiday. Fully equipped kitchen, Large lounge, bedrooms, big bathroom, patio and balcony. The location is excellent in the creative quarter and a few minutes walk to the harbour. Host is excellent, great communication and very helpful.

Good location at the bottom of the Old High Street near the harbour. Beaches, gardens and children's playgrounds within easy walking distance. Mick extremely helpful, arranged parking permits and responded quickly whenever needed. Great spot, well equipped and very well presented.

The location was great, on the most interesting little road, minutes from the harbour and beach. The property was very clean, and stylish. Although the area was lively the property was very peaceful. The host was extremely kind and helpful.

It's a really nice apartment, so clean and spacious and everything you need. The owners were extra helpful, even gave recommendations of good places to eat and the best times to visit the beaches, which direction to go for shopping etc. There was a pint of milk in the fridge with tea, coffee and sugar already there, so I could have a cupper as soon as I got in.

The only clock in the house was the one on the oven and that's hardly a big thing.
