This is a modern hotel and the facilities reflect this. Our room was excellent and well maintained. We enjoyed both an evening meal and breakfast at the hotel which were pleasantly and efficiently served. The purpose of our stay was to visit RHS Bridgewater which was a few minutes drive away.

Everything was fine.

Easy to locate. Parking spaces available and free. Checkin was quick and staff member very pleasant. Room was exceptionally clean and the bed comfortable.

Separate toilet in bedroom was very small and had no night light. Breakfast was quite poor for £12.50. Cooked breakfast was lukewarm. Had to wait 5 mins for a member of staff to appear to ask for fruit, yogurt, dishes to be refilled. After that no staff member appeared for 20 mins to ask for eggs to be poached.

Our toilet didn’t flush properly - they did fix when we told them.

Not bad at all. Poor choice for coeliac family member at breakfast.

Still waiting for promised jam dispensers for breakfast. Sticky large pot and even stickier spoon, going in to tub of preserve that has had many dips in from others just doesn’t seem proper.
