We arrive by train from London so it was only around 50m walk to the hotel. Great location with many shops, cafes, pubs, supermarket, Arndale Centre, Canal Street on the doorstep. Trains, buses and taxis all readily available. Good facilities in the room, very comy beds and blackout curtans helped with a god night's sleep

Great location next to Manchester Picadilly. Clean, crisp new feeling apartment. Everything you'd need: fridge, washing machine, nespresso, hob etc. Very smooth friendly check-in so by the time we were heading to the room the kids were already requesting we return! They got it right: location, friendly and proffessional staff but in no way intrusive. Comfy space that felt like it could be lived in. Thank you!

We had a great welcome from Sinead, in fact all the staff were lovely. The apt was clean and modern. Location perfect, whilst right next to the train station we couldn't hear a thing through the windows but was great for people watching the world go by.

Excellent customer service. I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was more comfortable and didn’t need to convert the sofa. When I complained that the apartment floor was not clean, they vacuumed the floor and provided me a food basket the next day, a very nice recovery effort. The location is excellent. It is literally under 2 minutes walk from Piccadilly train station. Full of eateries around the area. The 2 free city buses terminals are right outside the property. The front desk also helps to arrange taxi to airport as the train service only starts at 7am on Sunday.

Cleanliness. There were hair on the floor both in the bathroom , bedrooms and living room. Food particles in the dining area. Suggest to provide a dish drainer to air dry the crockery after hand wash. Some of the bedside lamps not working. Suggest front desk to stock with city maps and tourist brochures. They only had the free bus and tram routes.

I loved the location , near alot of shops and resturaunts, the staff were amazing and always helpful and kind. i would definitly recommend it for families.

the furniture is a bit old, needs renevation, specially the curtains. no resturants inside the hotel.

The location is super in the heart of the city and next to the train station .Also the facilities in the room like the washing machine and the dishwasher quite good.

Room service it has to be for minimum 4 days reservation.

The tea and coffee selection in the room was rubbish and parking was expensive

Perfect location in the centre, right next to the train station. Rooms were a good size and clean. The kitchen area was nice as well. Staff were friendly.

The air con broke in one of the rooms so it was freezing the entire trip.

the room has several stains on different curtains, there was a lot of mould in the silicone of the showers which could be refreshed. the living room area was tiny

fantastic properly comfortable and spacious for me and my friends. staff where lovely and had great service. we had a little hick up when checking in due to the systems failing which was quickly resolved and we where quickly checked in. Loved that we had a cooker so we could make our own food.
