Die Unterkunft ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Sauberkeit war perfekt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war liebevoll angerichtet.
Die Betten waren sehr weich und beim Frühstück wäre ein wenig mehr Auswahl an Käse und Aufschnitt wünschenswert.

Een heerlijke plek, zeer dichtbij de gezelligheid van Stellenbosch. Op (veilige) loopafstand. Zeer servicegerichte en vriendelijke bediening. Lekker ontbijtje!
Wij hadden een vrij kleine kamer, maar de locatie maakte alles goed.

A little oasis right in Stellenbosch, yet quiet for a great rest. The room was lovely, bright, and nicely decorated, loved the Nespresso machine. Breakfast was arranged early for my colleagues and I and was lovely too with fresh croissants. I will return for sure when work brings me back to that neck of the woods.
Because I needed to dry and style my hair, the plugs were very far from a mirror. This is a common ergonomic complaint and I find even top hotels never really get the plug mirror thing quite right.

The location is central to Stellenbosch which suited us as our client was right with 5minutes to this property.
One room had no working table and chair. Of course then one would work in the dining which was fine.

Rooms were clean
Had a room across from the kitchen-a lot of noise-accompdation was very basic for the price that we paid

The check in and staff were so welcoming, accommodating and friendly. The location of Rivierbos Guest House was very central (yet quiet and safe in a cul-de-sac) and we mostly walked everywhere we wanted to go to there. The beds were very comfortable and the room had an air con.
The TV reception was not very good, though we did not watch much TV at all, so we never let them know this. An invertor or solar possibly, to enable some minor items to be on such as for charging phones, a lamp etc, might be helpful during load shedding.

Breakfast was good and sufficient. Room was a bit tight with double/queen size bed and not much on offer from the DSTV subscription. For tourist stay the location is good. In our case we needed to visit University departments and this would have been just to far to walk.

The location was good. Near the river and restaurants
The room space was very tight. The space around the bed and between the bed and the bathroom and even in the bathroom was exceptionally tight and made me feel claustrophobic

The place was very dingy and run down. Wasp nest in bathroom, hairs on floor, cushion covers ripped etc.
