It is in the heart of Fira, close to the bus location and many shops. Excellent view! The staff helps us with our luggage.

Wifi could have been better.

Loved everything! We had a 2 bedroom cave suite and it was so authentic, clean and modern decor. Breakfast on the patio overlooking the caldera was exceptional! The food was delicious and a great variety. Christina was a fantastic hostess, helped with all our questions and needs, even made our dinner reservation. The hotel was easy to find in Fira.

Location, view from the hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Overall clean and amenities are good.

Rooms could've been designed better for families (considering this is a family room). Ex: Simple curtain in front of glass bathroom door. We have to ask the kids to stay in another room when we take a bath. Off season (we went in winter) price could be better considering most activities are closed.

The breakfast was excellent. And such a centralized location. Right in the middle of the city! And the view was breathtaking 😍

Amazing location! Elvis at the front desk was a superb host, he gave us directions and recommendations to the best spots and restaurants to visit, booked reservations and even set us up with a Catamaran tour! The hotel itself is beautiful, with easily the best sunset view from the comfort of your own balcony & hot tub. The only (minor) downsides were the breakfast was the same every day, and the bathroom needs a fan/ventilation. Nonetheless, would recommend staying here 100%!

Great location in the city center, fantastic view from the terrace with a small swimming pool, amazing breakfast served on the terrace.

The views and facilities were brilliant. You can watch the sunset with great views without leaving the hotel. The breakfast was so tasty fresh and delicious selection. The staff were very friendly and helpful. pool had great views and was spotless. The hottub on the balcony was so nice and relaxing with amazing views of the caldera and Thireas.

Lovely pool with beautiful view, big rooms and bed. Nice bathrooms. Hotel manager was very accommodating.

Sun loungers are awful and very uncomfortable - should be changed. No pool bar which is a shame, but recepetion will provide ice when they have it. Our room wasn't very private, but was nice to be close to the pool.

We had two rooms. One was very nice, the other very small and dark. Staff was friendly. Location was good, but you must climb down a lot of stairs to arrive.

What can I say about this place!!!! When you come to Santorini, I highly recommend staying in this amazing, romantic hotel. The concierge, John, helped us out with anything we needed, recommended restaurants and helped us with our luggages! thank you John!

I'm speechless. Our stay was incredible. Breakfast was included with the option to have it by the pool, in your room or on the terrace. It was amazing with a beautiful variety. Our 2 bedroom cave suite was sensational with everything we needed for our family. Absolutely breathtaking views and pool. Spectacular rooms and staff, perfect location. Perfect in every way.

The location was great, it was clean and quiet.

You couldn't have a better view of Fira and Santorini! Breakfast each day was delicious. The staff was very helpful in arranging transport and providing restaurant recommendations.

The only (minor) complaint is that the wifi was spotty at times and did not work on our balcony.

Pool and the terrace had amazing views. Great location in Fira close to restaurants and the buses. Friendly staff.

Maybe a couple more umbrellas for shade?
