Villa Rose is spotlessly clean and is in the perfect location, within a few minutes walk of Old Town Fira, shops, the main bus stop and endless bakeries and eateries. The complex is on a busy road, although the rooms are quiet. The courtyard and pool is a stunning suntrap and a welcomed oasis from the hustle and heat. Reception were brilliantly helpfull on arrival. On departure they went above and beyond, arranging our taxi and when our ferry was cancelled, despite already checking out, allowed us to store our bags at the complex and use the facilities and courtyard.

The washing sink was inside the living area instead of inside the bathroom. We found this very uncomfortable. Also the bathroom space was very tight.

Extraordinary people and location, very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and the bathroom had a unique cave style design which we really enjoyed. The pool was a nice little spot for a relaxing moment and the villa has the Greek vibe that we were looking for. The view of the Caldera is only 2-3 minutes away and it was a great joy to enjoy the sunset every evening (in our opinion it was a better spot than the famous and crowded Oia sunset).

Fantastic stay at Villa Rose. I'm so glad we booked here. The location is amazing: just 7 minutes walk from the centre of Fira and 2 minutes walk from a great 24-hour bakery. The room was comfortable and clean and we were provided with water, juice and a breakfast cake bar every day. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We checked out in the morning and our flight was only in the night, so the staff kindly offered to store our luggage and let us use the pool and outdoor seating area even after checkout. They also booked us a taxi to the airport. We would stay here if we visit Santorini again and I recommend it to anyone who wants a comfortable place to stay just outside the noise and bustle of Fira centre.

You will start your holiday right just because of the extremely friendly staff at the reception. Sissi and Maria showed us our rooms, provided a map of Fira with useful spots to go (like a good bakery, the next supermarket, pharmacy etc.) and also gave advice for renting a quad/scooter/car. The room was very clean and had a comfortable bed. We also found some sweets, juices and a bottle of water after every cleaning. The location is pretty good since it is only a 10 min walk to the city centre. On your way you'll also find rental services, bakeries, restaurants and more.

You may here somes cars as Villa Rose remains on the main street (which is still not like a main street in a big town, so don't worry too much about it. We also found some earplugs in case.

To visit the island by public transportation or car this hotel is perfectly located.The hotel is 2 streets from the Fira bus station, there`s enough place to park nearby, the petrol station, bakery, pharmacy, laundry service are in the same area. It is a big villa with spacious rooms, with small kitchen with all the amenities plus coffee, juice and water for free. We were surprised to get more than we expected. Everything is well decorated & clean, outside is very nice, the pool area is cosy. They provided us also very useful information to visit Santorini.

The rooms were very clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Villa Rose is less then 10 min from the bus station and the city center. We really enjoyed our stay in Santorini.

The hotel is located on the main road so it can get pretty loud at night. On the first night our water pressure in the room didn’t work, but the staff responded quickly and were able to fix the problem.

This was NOT in a touristy area. It is on a very busy and noisy street with a frightening walk (because of the traffic and lack of car-free sidewalks) to the tourist area. The breakfast (included in the room rate) was only some packaged croissants and a juice box. We were hoping for a luxury hotel in an historic part of town--this was not it.

This was a great location!! Perfect distance to the bus station to get to any part of the island. Also 10 minute walk to Fira Center. The staff was super nice. Room was very clean.

Location was great for Fira! Close to the old town. The owners were a great help in things to do and helping us book excursions.

Walls were a little thin so when the neighbors came in and were noisy, you could hear everything.

The staff was very friendly and they really helped us to discover the island and provide us with some good tips. Also, it was very clean! Our room was cleaned every single day and we were also provided with clean towels and coffee, juice, butter and jam for breakfast.
