Beetje vervelend dat je je auto toch iets verder moest Parkeren. Maar het personeel was subliem!

Very friendly and helpful personnel. Hotel is located on the hill therefore reception is on the top floor and other floors are located down the hill, very unusual and interesting set up. Beautiful historical building. Generous and varied breakfast. Great location next to the station and to the city center. Spacious rooms. Ice dispensers on each floor. Night shop around the corner in walking distance for the late arrivals. Nice SPA area with a swimming pool and sauna. Nice huge old castle just a minute away - must visit place. Great restaurant areas with fine cuisine. Good reception bar. Terrace.

I would fix a bit SPA area and distribute towels and sleepers. Steam bath requires some sanitary actions and shower next to it was broken. Water dispenser or a jar with a lemon water would not be superfluous in the SPA area. Big tea mags are always appreciated by the guests instead of small coffee caps, both at the breakfast and in the rooms.

TOUT. L'établissement, le personnel, la déco, la propreté, le petit-déjeuner extraordinaire, les thermes, le personnel des thermes (la douceur et la Bienveillance des 2 masseuses pour le soin DUO). Un moment pour fêter mon tendre amour de mari. Nous y reviendrons c'est certain!

In this hotel I really managed to relax: the room was very nice and bed very comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional! Everything was delicious. Thanks for assistance to a very nice staff!

The dinner was a bit disappointing in terms of the service… but it was late and I assume waiters were very tired…

Nice hotel in general but I liked the Spa the best.

Parking ramp did not go open so had to go back to the reception. Main room light was not functioning so after few calls with the reception had to change rooms.

Très belle endroit très chic, très accueillant. Très belle suite malheureusement il y avait une petite odeur de tabac froid… Pour un très belle hôtel, je le trouve un peu mal situé (prix parking 10€) Nous avons une vue sur les rooftop de Liège = vue assez belle. Nourriture (dîner, petit déjeuner) très très bonne, nous nous sommes régalés. Très belle accueil

Accueil très agréable et professionnel tant à l'arrivée qu'au restaurant et au départ. Lits très confortables. Beau bâtiment, vue très agréable de la salle de restaurant. Situation parfaite pour visiter la ville à pied.

Seul petit bémol : bruit de soufflerie/turbine d'origine dont nous n'avons pas trouvé l'origine et continu dans la chambre pendant la nuit

On va dire que le seul point positif de cet hôtel qui se veut beaucoup plus beau qui ne l'est en réalité, c'est sa proximité du Centre de Liège. Même si, à pieds, il faut encore se farcir un petit " col " pour y revenir ...

La pseudo suite ... avec un plafond volontairement ouvert sur une charpente où la poussière se dispute la place avec les araignées... Araignée dont une a laissé un souvenir peu sympathique à mon épouse ( son ventre était recouvert de morsures le jour de notre départ ... ). La baignoire plantée au milieu de la chambre sans la moindre protection. Deux télés à deux mètres l'une de l'autre ( pour la regarder en stéréo, peut-être ) et qui s'allument avec la même télécommande. Jolie cacophonie ...La piscine qu'il faut atteindre, en peignoir ( obligatoirement ) en traversant le hall ( de gare, vu le monde qui y stagne en permanence ) puis les différents restaurants ... Bonjour l'intimité ... J'arrête ici, ça devient " pesant ".

Breakfast was a bit steep for what was available and its not for those with problems walking as it's on top of a hill. Aside from this the location was great for exploring the busy city.

Fantastic welcome for a dog owner to enter the room and find a dog bed and drinking bowl!

The accommodations were comfortable.

very efficient room - surprising layout: room downstairs, reception etc upstairs. Bo view from the windows cornerroom but the original wall from the walls of the cit which gave it another dimention. Breakfast on the terras outside the dining room. Nice!!!

Just like in the VDV Verviers I hav a very annoying noice in the bathroom i think from the airconditioning. In both hotels in my room - must be in other rooms as well, NO? I forgot the chager of the toothbrush in the bathroom probably still in the bathroom wallfixture. Could you please send ot to my house at my expense? I need that? Thank you

The spa facilities were really good. The food in the restaurant was really great - both taste and presentation. Compliments to the chef.

It's a bit difficult to go to the spa area, using only one lift that goes down to the 1st floor.

The room was very spacious. The hotel was really close to the center. The interior was very modern with a lot of light. Staff was very helpful and the Sunday brunch was very nice.

Nothing was bad.
