The front desk staff was really nice and so were the cleaning ladies. We loved the interior design it was very modern and clean.

We had a bad wifi connection so we couldn't really use the wifi or the tv

Two single beds to make a double. No tables and chairs to use on balcony. Staff were a little slow. No fridge in room.

Great position, modern and almost clean, breakfast with good choice. Air conditioning was working well, the room was spacey enough. To recap: a good stay in Tent Lloret de Mar.

Breakfast needed much more fresh fruit, no phon in the room, poor acoustic isolation between the rooms.

Risk of theft! First day our backbag got stolen from the lagguage room. Wallet got stolen from the room. Also from another girl the backbag get stolen from the language room. And from another girl the suitcase with 1000 dollar. Of course, the employees said that the room is not their responsibility. As a hotel, however, you should contribute something and at least close the room every time and at least ask something if someone wants to go in. The next day in the morning, while I was having breakfast, my wallet was stolen from the room. Before that, I still had them! The cleaning ladies reacted very strangely. When I threatened with police and lawsuits suddenly the next!! Day they found it at the toilet in the lobby, where I haven’t been the day before. All very suspicious! On the day of departure, someone opened the door and was immediately gone! However, the cleaning ladies knocked before they opened.

The location is amazing. The hotel is new, modern and clean. A/C is working well, and the room is very comfy and nicely decorated. Breakfast is delicious and various.

Terribly NOISY! The staff is trying to minimalize the noise but there are a lot of party people running around at night in the hallways and on the street drunk, screaming, shouting and laughing. It is impossible to sleep before dawn. We had to use earplugs. You can hear EVERYTHING from the neighbouring rooms, where people are partying and playing loud music at night as well. The staff is kind but not helpful at all. While checking in we had problems with the card payment (it was not working) and we wanted to pay by transfer but they refused and told us that if we don’t pay like “RIGHT NOW” they cancel our booking. Fortunately we managed to find and ATM nearby. It was a really unpleasant experience.

Terrible stay. Beyond noisy with drunk boys yelling till late! No hotel security or oversight. Barely functioning air conditioning which the staff admits does not cool the rooms. TV and Internet did not work and the overhead lights were wired wrong so they never turned off. Plastic scratchy sheets like plastic over a cheap hard mattress. Left after one awful night

Do not stay here!

Hotel is located in the great place, but u would suggest it only for young ppl or maximum 1 night stay. Hotel is new, but rooms are very confined and not well planed.AC hardly cooling and it’s suffocating in the room. Building has cafe with live music which is very loud, where u will not be able to sleep minimum till mid night. Soundproof is very poor u will hear neibours which is drunk coming back from parties during all night.No security or management present at the place. Room has no hair dryer. But the cherry on a pie is when I was in the room like an 2 hrs after just checking in someone from hotel staff just entered inside the room without even knocking the door or apologising after breaking in. Bad impression about this place.

Not very clean , the room was dirty the cusions has stains on them . There was a funny smell in the room , we only stayed 1 night was going to extend but we booked a different hotel . It’s definitely more young people , so very very loud we only got 3-4 h sleep in the night. Banging doors, parties at balcony’s so if you going to relax and get some sleep you won’t .

This place is very great. The food is really good, and the room is clean. Also, i love that you don't need a key to open the door. The pool is perfect, and it is the middle of the hotel.

I didnt like the shower room because the water is running out in the floor i think needed to fix it and the aircondion of our room the cold is verry slow

First of all we stayed at Gran Hotel Don Juan bec Tent hotel is under renovation. We are so happy to stay at Don Juan Hotel. It was perfect. Food is excellent, fresh fruits always.
