Das Frühstück war überdurchschnittlich gut. Die Aussicht auf den Hafen war hübsch.
Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut, der Kellner sehr freundlich.
Wir hatten ein barrierefreies Zimmer mit Blick auf den Hafen gebucht. Durch ein "Upgrate" sollten wir aber ein Zimmer mit Blick auf ein Dach und hässliche Haustechnik dirket vor dem Fenster beziehen. Erst nach massiver Ansprache bekamen wir ein etwas kleineres mit zufriedenstellendem Ausblick. Das Mädel an der Rezeption informierte uns, dass die Parkgarage keinen Zugang zum Hotel habe. Ich solle meinen Mann über eine lange (etwa 150 m) sehr steile holprige Strecke zu einem anderen Parkplatz schieben. Unverschämteres haben wir lange nicht erlebt. Natürlich hatte die Garage einen Hotelzugang, ein anderer Mitarbeiter half uns weiter.
Das Bad war für Rollstuhlfahrer äußerst eng.
Das Zimmer war das teuerste und schlechteste auf unserer Reise, mit Ausnahme der Betten, die wirklich gute Matratzen hatten.

Very nice setting near the water. Never seen a breakfast with soooo much choice! Loved to see there was much local food on display. Wonderful!

The staff in the reseption didn't smile, got the impression that we were in the way, didn't bother to understand the questions...
The toilet was way to close up to the wall.
The floors in the room wasn't cleaned. And we had no place to put our luggage.

Breakfast was above average, cleanliness of dishes and cutlery was bad.
Staff were unfriendly. Staff at cafe were really bad when you could find them as they would disappear for long periods leaving the place unattended.

Rooms were poorly cleaned and then not notified that no cleaning would take place during the stay. Staff were arrogant and rude at reception and in the cafe especially!!

Parking on place. The rooms was good. Great choise on breakfast - All was tasty.
The parking is payed separately on leave. Just two elevators - in the morning we had to wait 15min to get dow.

Difficult to find the entrance, check in, and no parking included. Rooms and installations were very dated. Uncomfortable beds, pillows and linens.
