Centrally located in the downtown area, the hotel is of great value. The beds were comfortable enough, but the breakfast was perhaps the best part (great taste and selection), even if they did run out of coffee on the last day.

The cleanliness could have been a little bit better (it wasn't disgusting or anything, just a little bit more attention to detail). Also, having a coffee machine with no pods was disappointing. Finally, the floor lamp's bulb was burned out.

Perfect place to stay in the centre of Elverum. Nice hotel and very friendly staff. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was superb! Staff was generally very friendly, the room and beds were nice, and the location is very good.

There's a night club on the ground floor or in the basement. It plays techno music all night on Fridays and Saturdays, and we couldn't sleep because of it. Who in his right mind would operate a hotel and a night club in the very same building? If you absolutely have to stay in Elverum, go for the hotel that's on the other side of town, across the river. It means you have to walk for 15 min to get into town but at least you'll get a good night's sleep. One other thing. The bartenders at the hotel didn't serve cocktails despite having a full shelf of different types of cocktail ingredients. They didn't tell us why and that was very strange. Only beer, wine, and spirits were allowed. And when we asked for a double G&T, they said they weren't allowed to make one. Those two things are a drawback to an otherwise very nice hotel and the lovely town that is Elverum!

This was probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had, and I've traveled a lot.

I had to leave too early in the morning for breakfast the second day. I didn't think to ask, but it would have been nice to have a "take away" option. That's how good the breakfast was.

YouTube TV was a nice surprise.

The pillow and comforter were below standard.

Parking charges at 150 Kroner per night on top of the room rate was exorbitant. Bad enough to make me think again about using this hotel. Breakfast plates were stone cold, so the food didn't stay warm enough while eating. Staff were slow to come with coffee (we were half-finished). On the whole rather pricey for Winter in a small provincial town.
