It's great they had parking and it was relatively close to the township and coastline. I simply left my car parked their all day and explored on foot.

Decent size apartment room to move around in, with mini fridge, bath tub, digital TV and free coffee.

If you prefer firmer pillows I suggest bringing your own. Otherwise a comfortable stay

Location was super central, 2 min walk to main street, coastal walkway and wind wand. Chaos cafe one block down on Brougham St had great food and coffee. Beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean. There were 2 TVs which is handy if you want the kids to watch something else. Shower over spa bath was about what you expect from a motel like this, not amazing but fine. 5 year old was very pleased with spa bath. Soaps, toilet paper etc were replenished every day by housekeeping, so there was no shortage of that stuff.

Like others have said, on a warm day, the upstairs is a sauna, and the fan doesn't cool it down. Putting in aircon upstairs would be the only way to fix this. It wasn't a big negative, but it all just felt a little bit uncared for. Other than a cleaner (who was very lovely), I didn't see any staff. At check out, there was no one around, so we just added our key to the pile that was building on the desk. Windows didn't latch properly, so wind whistled through on windy nights.

The Room it was not suitable for old people Bathroom floor when wet after a shower was extremely dangerous, it was like a skating rink especially for people in there 80's. Kitchen very bad design the unit on the wall where the micro wave is sticks out over the front of the bench and myself and my wife hit our heads on the unit three or four times when putting stuff in the rubbish bin or getting cutlery out of the drawer.

heater and lights on when I arrived. Very comfortable. Bed perfect. Quiet, spacious, clean and had shower caps and a decent hair dryer. 4 nights and I was very happy.

A lovely, comfortable motel unit with working spa bath. The cost was a litlle higher than other motels alrhough the spa bath made up for that. Friendly and welcoming staff.

the motel was well located, very close to lots of restaurants. The room was clean and spacious, with lots of facilities to keep us comfortable. The water filter was a nice touch.

The shower head was fixed so I couldn’t wash my hair separately.
