Good location with grocery store and restaurants near by. On site parking.

Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night.

Very poor sound insulation, I could hear conversations of people in the next room. Had some difficulty sleeping as a result.

Central to town, very clean rooms. We have been local regular guests there ever since this place has opened. Always received great discounts for being loyal guests. ..BUT.. The last year or 2, maybe more, we've seen the change in customer service & price increases, and it hasn't felt the same from previous years. We, however, will always support the Metrotel.

Room was clean, organized and super comfy!

Location is suburb, close to town, the museum and the art gallery as well as the beach only a stone throw away.

Close to everything, parking was great too however Saturday night did get packed but side road parking always available.

Moving forward, whenever we visit New Plymouth again, we will definitely book The Metrotel. The room is clean, spacial and comfortable. Very suitable for family. Awesome location, walking distance to CBD and all famous scenics. The staff is very friendly!!! The only suggestion we can think of is perhaps to provide salt and pepper!

Amazing place

Very comfortable, had the best sleep. I was in a ground level, back unit and I could not tell how central city I was, Super Quiet. Very clean, great comfortable space with room to spread out and work at the desk. Will definitely be back on my next trip to New Plymouth.
