Location. Friendly & helpful Reception staff. Nice spacious breakfasting area with good polite efficient catering and waitressing staff.

Reception were good on arrival and departure and looking after our bags. Good variety at breakfast with a good view. Room was fine.

We stayed overnight and went to the theatre. The hotel is very good; clean and comfortable, quiet calm atmosphere and lovely staff at the front desk.

friendly staff, personal written note, location directly opposite central station but still surprisingly quiet on the 7th floor, great view, supermarket next door.
Disclaimer: We were there during taylor swift week which apparently spiked the prizes incredibly. However, we are no swifties and weren‘t aware so expected a high quality room for the enormous price. In reality, it was a super basic room with stained curtains and a shower in bathtub situation that is not working for people taller than 180 cm. Also the central heating was an issue, it was way too cold which the staff resolved by bringing an electric heater. All in all we were frustrated with the quality we got for the price. Not even breakfast included.

Loved this place and is our new favourite! The staff were amazing and gave complementary gifts for my friends 60th, lovely city view room, we couldn’t have been treated better than we were - the staff are just second to none I can honestly say we will be back! The room was lovely, air con spot on, shower great and lovely Dove toiletries - breakfast was yummy we just couldn’t fault it

the food was excellent the breakfast choice was stunning, We eat in the hotel first night and had the ribeye steak my god it was stunning it was cooked to perfection no need to chew it this was the best I've had in any part of the world I've been to Full marks to them nothing was a bother my missis felt a bit cold one night and they fetched an electric heater to the room the maid forgot to leave milk and sugar phoned them in 2 mins they were there with 4 days of supplies. BRILLANT HOTEL. We will be back again right opposite the railway station which makes a good viewing as you eat, all the people coming and going. THE holiday inn in Cardiff which i use 3/4 times a year not a patch on Liverpool hotel.

The location of the hotel is not to beat right by Lime Street Station it could not be more central. The hotel is modern and very clean and well maintained. The reception, housekeeping and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. I was impressed that the service level was really good everywhere despite the hotel being at full capacity due to several big events going on in the city. Our twin room was clean, modern and had everything it needs for a short city stay.
The room itself was a bit stuffy and warm. It wasn't a big problem though because there is an aircon and - big plus - you can open the window. There were also not a lot of power plugs although there is at least an USB charger by the beds.
It might be my personal taste but I did not find the pillows very comfortable - they were both really firm.
The breakfast buffet was fine, but it is nothing special. The breakfast room is really nice though and the staff very quick and friendly.
Our stay was very expensive - more London than Liverpool level - for what it is, but that comes down to rooms being high in demand due to a big football game and ComiCon being on the same weekend.

We absolutely loved our room. It was spotless, spacious, comfy beds. The staff were lovely and very helpful in every way. The breakfast buffet had such a good selection. If you went away hungry, then it was your own fault. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful hotel. Having breakfast, lunch, or dinner in the restraunt with a spectacular view of the city was absolutely amazing. The food in the restaurant was of very good quality, which is why I decided to stay in for the evening and have a quiet dinner at the hotel, instead of going out in the rain.
There's nothing to dislike. Perhaps a suggestion about the breakfast, though. It would have been nice if some bananas were made available at breakfast, even though there was fruit salad.

Friendly welcome in arrival. Helped with travel advice too. Nice and clean, used the bar also friendly. Breakfast was well organised, refilling efficient and nicely cooked. Room size ok, bath towels a decent size.
The room was a little hot and the temp could not be controlled inside the room.
A passenger lift that went to the upper floors was broken but no major issue overall.

Location of venue was great, right in the city centre! The restaurant was great, excellent food and service. The staff were very welcoming and the facilities were very good with only a couple of minor issues to mention.
In room tea, coffee, sugar etc could have been stocked better. A double room with 2 guests and only 3 tea bags, 3 sachets of sugar, 3 sachets of coffee etc.???? Not enough of anything to have more than 1 drink before either going without or having to ask for more: Not ideal really

Nothing. The hotel should be proud of their staff from the welcome through to housekeeping. The little touches such as the note in the room and water in the foyer make all the difference to the quality of the stay

O café da manhã era perfeito, comi um Full English breakfast nas duas manhãs da minha estadia. Também tinha outras opções, como frutas, iogurtes, doces e etc. A localização foi ótima para nós: a poucos passos da estação Lime Street, que usamos na chegada (quando viemos do aeroporto de Manchester) e na saída (quando viemos de trem para a Escócia). Fizemos um tour dos principais pontos para fãs dos Beatles a pé mesmo. Nada a reclamar

It’s a shame that the Booking platform didn’t inform us the double bed option is not available. Also the booking price is extremely high (325 pond a night) while in other platform is way more cheaper. Feel like been fooled and really an unpleasant experience.
