The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and polite. Richelle who greeted me when we first checking in went above and beyond to ensure the needs of my family were met, such a lovely experience.

I guess the only downside was we were there when it was very hot. The only air-conditioning was in the living area, therefore the bedrooms were quite warm, perhaps the addition of ceiling fans could alleviate this?

location and big space in the room. very welcome and relaxing atmosphere.

Good Location. It is only 300 metre to walk to Chinatown and 1km to central.

The front street is single direction for car, so it is very hard to find first time. If notice advance would be great.

Convenient location for access to the city. Useful facilities such as kitchen, laundry and full size refrigerator. The staff were lovely and accommodating. One of our group became quite unwell overnight and staff were happy to arrange a later checkout with very late notice to allow him some time to rest and recover. Overall the accommodation suited our needs for an overnight stay.

The current roadworks out the front of the building made access difficult and confusing. Pedestrian access only and I think quite unsafe if you were frail or elderly. I imagine it will be much better once they are complete. We were only made aware of the roadworks and change to parking access after we had booked the accommodation. Perhaps if we had booked direct instead of via Booking.com, this may have been made clearer earlier. The parking available was in the Topham Mall car park on Waymouth St which isn't too far to walk but a bit of a pain if you've got lots of luggage or shopping to carry. It cost $22 for 24 hours per vehicle. I am unsure what their usual parking costs. The apartment was overall quite clean but it smelt quite musty and the curtains were very dirty. We had 4 people staying in a 2 bedroom (1 queen, 1 single and a sofa bed) I slept on the sofa bed and it was very uncomfortable. The bedrooms had no ventilation or air-conditioning so they were very stuffy with the doors closed. A bit overpriced. I've stayed in nicer apartments and paid quite a bit less.

Beds were really uncomfortable - caused sore backs for everyone in the family. Construction works in Bentham Street meant access to the hotel was restricted - no on-site parking. Alternate car parking facilities in Topham Car Park, while in good proximity to the hotel, were a little dodgy - some unnecessary characters hanging around making it a bit uncomfortable walking to/from the car park even during the day time but especially at night.
