Parasta asiakaspalvelua, mitä olen koskaan hotellissa saanut sekä ennen hotelliyötä, että yöpymisen aikana! Rauhallinen hotelli, todella siisti ja toimiva. Aamupala oli erittäin monipuolinen, otti huomioon kaikki allergiani ja aamupalahuoneen tunnelma on äärimmäisen rentouttava! Suosittelen aivan ehdottomasti Lapland Hotels Kuopiota majoituspaikaksi.

Aamiainen oli upea, arvostin todella kokin tarjoamaa munakasta. Sekä teen ja kahvin pöytiin tarjoilu lämmitti mieltä.
Minulla oli lemmikki mukana ja sen kertakustannus tuntui hiukan kovalta, vaikkakin ymmärrettävältä. Sattumalta olin itse vain myöhäisestä illasta aikaiseen aamuun pienen koiran kanssa, niin aina se tuntuu :)
Autolle oli myös etsittävä paikka sivukadulta, mutta se onneksi löytyi ihan suht läheltä.

A clean, well appointed and good sized room; very comfortable bed and modern bathroom.
Staff were friendly.
Excellent location - a short walk from the station and easy to access the city centre.

The location, 1 min walk from the Train station, 3 min walk to the new train/bus station. 10 min walk to the city center. It was the best hotel i stayed in Finland so far. Love the Artic Pine scented soap/shampoo.

Breakfast was excellent, one of the best I have ever had. Also staff at the hotel was so helpful, professional and kind. Reception are has a great athmosphere.
I expected more from the room, especially bathroom, that felt so outdated and not lined with rest of the room, reception and restaurant. Also, you could hear noices from other rooms above which was a bit distracting.

Breakfast was amazing, fresh and healthy and lots to choose from. Helpful and very friendly staff.
Parking lot was full and couldn't park by the hotel. We found a free spot a few streets up though and didn't have to pay for the parking there

Good location and tasty breakfast. Fresh omelets were a nice addition. Comfy bed. Sauna was quite good.
A bit small rooms but ok for a short stay. No refridgerator in the room.
